Wow! Blown away today by Heritage Home Services. Glad I called when I did or I could have had a major problem. Jason, the electrician that came today was prompt and reached out to me within a couple of hours after I had called. He quickly ran a diagnostic on my electrical panel and followed the lines to find I had water coming into my wall and in to my wires that shorted a breaker switch. It was smoking and fortunately for me it had not caught on fire and caused a major catastrophic home fire. Jason and I went outside to see a solid ice damn from roof to deck that I was not able to get to after the big storm. I was man down with the flu when the storm hit. Jason went out to his work truck and grabbed a sledge hammer and hammer and quickly was on my deck hammering away at feet of solid ice with safety glasses on. He went way above and beyond for a diagnostic. Within an hour I received an email with a detailed proposal that matched exactly what we discussed. I will be hiring Heritage to do the job, and requesting that Jason be the electrician to complete the job from start to finish. It's hard to find reliable people, but in Heritage and Jason, I trust that this job when completed will be more than satisfactory. They'll certainly be a number I put in my contacts for any future needs I have.

I was surprised to get a person on the phone during the weekend when I called. The customer service woman was nice and was able to get a tech within 45 minutes to my location. Great communication every step of the way. I got a text with information and a picture of tech so I knew who to expect. Stephen was a exceptionately pleasant, he checked everything and explained the process and price to me. He was friendly and even cleaned up the area afterwards which I really appreciate. He was able to get the work done in 20 minutes. I just wish the price was more affordable for a simple toilet unclogging🙁. Will definitely use their services again.

Steve and Marcus installed a replaced my archaic water softener/filtration system with a modern one. We have a lot of a sediment in our well water - so they recommened a 2 tank system. The job is pretty complicated given the layout of appliances and acccess to the basement. These guys did great. Professional, explained everything, finished in abut 6 hours. The weather was especially bad that day (ice rain), and they chugged right through. Installed new tanks, minitors, filter, and bypass lines. Definitely using these folks again for plumping.

I would like to highly recommend Travis Snyder and his partner, the plumbers who came to my home today. They were very professional, punctual, and respectful from the very beginning.

They clearly explained the problem, worked very carefully, and left everything clean and well done. You can tell they have experience and truly care about doing quality work.

I felt very comfortable with their service and would definitely call them again and 100% recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing services.

I called in the morning and someone was able to come out the same day. Drew came to my house did an assessment and determined I needed a new hot water heater. He explained all of my options and was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Will 100% using this company again!

Great install. Steve and Corey really helped out as we had numerous corroded pipes and faucets. The main water line had also corroded. I guess the moral of this story is we should have installed a water softener decades ago

We had a pipe freeze and burst. Drew and Corey were able to identify the location of the break and resolve the issue. He made sure to update me throughout the entire process to ensure there were no surprises at the end of the day. They will be my go to plumbing company going forward.

Had a great experience with the Heritage team! Travis came out right away for an emergency service call on a Saturday and took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot why our water wasn’t running. Just two days later, he and Steve were back to replace the well pump and address several items in the basement to ensure our filter and entire water system were working properly. Both were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We also signed up for the membership and look forward to having Heritage maintain our home systems going forward. Thanks again, guys!

Though we are planning a bathroom remodel, we weren’t quite ready for it when the tub started leaking. I tried replacing the cartridge but it didn’t help the problem. With a recently dislocated shoulder, I was in no position to get into the wall, so we needed to find a plumbing company that could help us fast. Heritage answered the call and not only scheduled someone to come out super fast, but they also took the time to actually fix the problem ON THE FIRST VISIT - not just come out and tell me what I already knew.

Stephen Clark showed up on-time and was extremely professional. I explained the situation with some doubt about whether or not anything would get resolved that day. I knew the problem meant cutting into the wall because there was no access point, and this being the first time I had called Heritage, half expected that they would schedule a longer period of time to take corrective action.

Nope.

Stephen gave me a quote - which was very fair, drove out to the closest supply shop that had what we needed, then not only fixed the problem I had inquired about, but replaced everything - front and back - which I had not brought up until he was on-site.

I’m both impressed and thrilled with the service we got - from Heritage as a company and from Stephen as our service technician. A job well-done and a decision that I’m so happy I made.

Sam was excellent! He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got our heat turned back on promptly, which was such a relief. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Great experience from start to finish — highly recommend Sam at Heritage Home Service.

Yesterday Corey showed up as expected to do a plumbing check as part of a home maintenance contract. A charming polite young man. Efficient and knowledgeable. A credit to the company Now I know how to keep my drains clean😊

Jason was amazing. So knowledgeable and so unbelievably helpful. I could not be more happy with today's service considering all my family is going through and i will absolutely store Jason's info and or heritage home service in my phone for the future. Stephen was the plumber that came to my home today. He came in with a smile and was very friendly. He said hello to my dog in her crate to put her at ease about the stranger in her house. After inspecting the pump He explained what repairs were necessary. When he was done He showed me the repairs and that it was now functioning as it should. He cleaned everything up better than he found it. I would highly recommend Stephen & Heritage Pluming to anyone needing plumbing services. In fact I have asked for him to send me a quote on another repair that I would like for him to return and fix for me.

Jordan was efficient, professional and very thorough with checking his work before leaving! He did two projects, including replacing an old leaking gate valve with two new ball valves for my main shutoff (see photo). This will be so much easier if I need to shut off the water in the future.

Heritage in general was very responsive to my weekend request (more responsive than other local companies/plumbers) and came highly recommended.

I would definitely use Heritage again and would request Jordan if available!

I recently had my hot water heater replaced, and the technician Travis did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the scope of work, walked me through the replacement process, and made sure I understood how the new system operates before leaving.

The installation was clean and well-executed. All connections were neatly done, the workspace was left spotless, and everything was tested thoroughly to ensure proper operation. You can tell he takes pride in his workmanship.

The entire experience was smooth and stress-free.

Travis and Davi came to my house today and repaired some pipes in my basement. They did a great job and were done in about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with their work. They were very polite and friendly.

I cannot thank Steve and Chris from Heritage Plumbing enough for getting my water running and drains flowing again! Following a recent cold snap, one of my pipes froze, rendering my laundry room inoperable. When they arrived, they quickly recognized that the pipe was likely not going to be the most challenging part of the operation— It was the 8 inch wide space they would have to squeeze through in order to access it! I was fully braced for them to tell me it was just not going to be possible, but that is not what happened. They shed phones and equipment, took a deep breath, and squeezed in there to assess the situation. In no time they had the water flowing again! The second job was to repair two drains in my bathroom that were continuously clogging. They diagnosed the issues and repaired them both quickly, and my bathroom now smells like it’s brand new with those good, clean pipes! If you have plumbing issues that you have been avoiding, or you’re just not happy with the service you’ve been receiving from your plumber, I cannot recommend Steve and Chris from Heritage enough!!! They are prompt, friendly, respectful, professional, and great at what they do! Thank you for a job incredibly well done!

The workers are excellent. Nathan who came to the house first to assess our broken furnace was excellent, fast, very personable and helpful. Trevor and Thomas the installers were excellent as well, professional and helpful. The electrician was friendly. The girls who answered the phones were all polite and caring. All the folks who do the actual work were great. They get 5 stars! But there is room for improvement in the area of corporate customer communication and follow ups. i.e. after waiting all day with no heat before the big storm, we called them to find out why they did not arrive; turns out they rescheduled our service date / time and did not notify us. There are other examples. After keeping up our phone calls to them we got a new furnace installed the next day. Again the actual workers are rock stars and were excellent and all deserve a raise!
