Dan was exceptional in his discovery of the problem in our plumbing! We are having him come back to take care of the problem in 2 bathrooms! No one else was ever able to discover the issue. He was professional and explained everything to us. You are so fortunate to have him working for you with his ability to put the customer first and handle the problems completely. Robert and Dan came to my sisters home to fix the shower pipes. They did a great job and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. They certainly went above and beyond. We would recommend their services.

We just had a additional HVAC system placed for our second floor by Gervais -the team led by Hajrush and Nick along with Evan on gas, and Cameron and Chris on electric. They did a great job. Easy to work with, very clean and very knowledgeable. Real professionals. Would highly recommend. Also a shout out to Jay the service manager and Jason sales as well as Heather at office coordinating everything.

Technician came out and inspected my tenants water heater and discovered it was working fine. While we did discuss options to try to get more hot water (its only a 20gal tank), dealing with the confinements put on by the condo association we realized we couldn't put in a bigger tank.

Rather than try to upsell me on some new product or service I did not need, the technician simply gave us some advise to mitigate the issue.

Prompt, honest and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. A+ Service.

Shane Caron was a great, respectful and knowledgeable technician. I’d recommend him and the company’s reliability. I called about 15 companies on a Friday afternoon after one of my zones lost heat. About 10 couldn’t send someone out on a Saturday without charging an arm and a leg. The rest could not service oil based furnaces.

This company dispatched a tech for a very affordable rate and delivered high level service too.

I ended up signing up for annual membership so I don’t lose them.

This crew, Claudio, Jose, Chris - Amazing! Hard working and they do such a great job. No delay on booking the job and starting the project. We had a two AC unit install in two floor home, so it wasn’t easy. We couldn’t be more pleased- thank you again!

I called Gervais for service when our furnace went out. Service techs Ben and Jamie were great! Arrived promptly and provided a detailed explanation of their analysis and findings along the way. Ultimately needed a new control board as one of the relays shorted out which they replaced and also performed routine maintenance on both furnaces while on-site.

Using Gervais for some electrical projects was a great choice! They came out right away to give an estimate and put me right on the schedule. The technicians did great work, reasonably priced and left the house super clean. I would absolutely use them again. Thank you so much!

We had a serious power emergency; electrical ripped right off our house after a wind storm. Polite. Professional. Made sure everything was safe and secure and cleaned up. The new meter and connections are so secure and robust, the next time a utility pole breaks in half to cause mayhem, the entire house will move before the power lines do. Everything brought up to code: New electrical meter, panel. Stove. Dryer and washer connection. They quoted the price and it was accurate. Would call again for other services.

We hired this company to install our hood vent in our new kitchen and were extremely unhappy with the first installation. When we called, we told them that we needed them to bring new hardware to install it, as what came with the appliance was insufficient. This note was not communicated to the technicians who arrived at our house, and despite me telling them this in person, they did not listen to me. They used the original hardware, which left the hood vent hanging from our cabinets, they left the mess from drilling, and they scratched our brand new cabinets during installation. A supervisor was sent out the next day with the 2 original techs to fix the job and show them how to install it properly.

kamil came out to my home and troubleshot and replaced some parts for my boiler. super professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. fast service and he answered all my questions. I will use and recommend kamil and heritage again for sure.

The pilot light on my boiler went out overnight and I was able to make an appointment to have someone check it out the next day. Needed to replace the thermocouple which they were able to do right away and get our heat back on. Christian was super nice and did a great job. It was also nice to get a text with his picture and some details prior to his arrival. Would recommend!

I always have a great experience with Heritage. Sam came out this morning to check on why my furnace wasn't working. He kindly reviewed all of my options and worked with me for financing to replace the dead furnace. Absolutely helpful in making the right decision for me. Not only that, but they put me on the schedule for tomorrow, not in a week or two. I always recommend Heritage and would never trust anyone else to work on my heating or plumbing. Just call Heritage and save yourself the hassle of calling anyone else.

Sam from Heritage Home Service was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved. We truly appreciate the great service.

Julian and his co worker did a great job! There was a little miscommunication as they installed 3 humidifiers to 2 others in the same neighborhood (with my recommendation) and they serviced the last one who made a commitment. I was told they would be coming in the morning when I noticed their truck next door. I feel the work should have been done in order of when appointments were made. If there had been a change I should have been notified. That is my only concern. I guess it will take a little time to truly enjoy their work as the humidifier does its thing.

We had Kamil check and provide maintenance for our mini-split System. He was very professional and thorough in cleaning, inspecting and communicating. He did a Great Job and I would highly recommend him

Our technician Josh is the standard by which all trades people should be measured. He arrived on time, and was thoughtful enough to bring shoe coverings so as not to track snow into our house. We thought we had a frozen pipe and feared the worst possible cost for repairs. His approach was clear and simple - he diagnosed the situation and then presented us with options and approximate costs for each potential fix. We were lucky in the fact that it turned out to be a frozen tub drain which could be fixed by placing a space heater in the access area of the tub drain. It thawed in 3-4 hours as promised. So we got a plumber who’s a great guy for a great price. Offering us a simple low impact and low cost solution - this is how you win customers for life.

This is an update from my previous review: the general manager Cam reached out immediately and asked to speak with me to see if there was a way to earn my business. After agreeing to speak with Cam, he was gracious enough to offer a premium package of servicing that last a year as well as send out a technician the very next day. He was very apologetic about the poor communication and quickly attempted a resolution. A technician came out, and provided excellent service. He
was kind attentive and extremely helpful. He explained in detail recommendations for ensuring a well running furnace. I’m extremely pleased and happy this was able to be resolved amicably.

The service was very efficient, fast and the techs were super friendly and considerate of our time. Steve and Davi were conscientious about fixing our issue correctly rather than just getting it done quickly, which we truly appreciate!
