Robert and Jacob exceeded all expectations - They were prompt for a last minute service request, were extremely knowledgeable, and solved problems as they went. On top of being very friendly and informative, their work was efficient, clean, and exactly what was needed. I was and am very appreciative. I will be reaching out again if need be, and I recommend for anyone and everyone!

Rob was great. Very professional. Pulled off an incredibly tricky shower install with little room to maneuver, unknown tile to cut through, and an ancient original system. Saved us a ton of money that we would have had to lay down to get the shower completely re-tiled. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a kitchen faucet at Home Depot several months ago and when I finally found time to install the faucet, I found the bolts holding the old faucet hopelessly rusted. I called Gervais Mechanical Service to have the faucet installed. The person scheduling the appointment was very professional letting me know that there would be an $89 diagnostic fee and if we chose, the service would be charged by the job, not the hour. The appointment was made promptly and the plumbers arrived as promised. They did a much better job installing the faucet than I ever could, and I am very pleased with the work. When done, they informed my wife that the fee would be $500, which was all labor. We were a bit shocked at the cost and I now refer to the faucet as the $700 kitchen faucet. I am very happy with the work and professionalism of Gervais Mechanical Service but I am now wondering if we could have found someone to do an equivalent job at a lower fee.

Dan C. Did a fabulous job. He throughly inspected the leak area determined the garbage disposal had cracked housing. He explained options and costs completely and answered all my questions. He installed a new disposal and insured the work area was clean before he left.

Had an inside electrical issue covering 2 rooms and he was great! Arrived in time frame. He also reattached the electrical box outside to the house. He was knowledgeable and quick. Definitely recommend and will use the services again.

Their technicians, such as Claudio and Jose, are great. They are professional, considerate and punctual. They did the project well. But othes ??? After their work , I need their help to do the inspection and rebate. I called them and emailed them many times. No result.

Dan C. met with me and was great! He was respectful, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dan explained the reasoning for what was happening with multiple issues in my home and why they needed to be fixed. He was not pushy and put out a good vibe (important to me!). He was even very careful to make sure my cats didn't escape every time he went in and out of the home. Dan is my "go-to" plumber moving forward.

Dylan did a great job replacing two bathroom faucets that were rusted in place. He was pleasant and professional. All services were explained prior to starting the work, and he cleaned the area afterwards. Excellent!

Scheduled a boiler service a month in advance. It was canceled and rescheduled days before. Now, 1 day before the next appointment they called to tell me it's canceled AGAIN and needs to be rescheduled to make room for emergency scheduling. My boiler has yet to be serviced this year and it's December. It's already been nearing 2 months waiting for an appointment. They're going to CREATE an emergency for me by doing this. Plus, the rep on the phone was rude, short, and offered nothing except to "put a ticket in for a manager to call" with no timeframe, then hung up on me. Completely unreliable company.

Gervais Mechanical has been excellent to work with. The company is responsive and they keep you updated throughout the day regarding your appointment. Our tech Eric, is exceptional in his knowledge and friendliness. He has been out to our house a few times and is always a pleasure to work with. We trust Gervais Mechanical, and our tech Eric and are happy to have found them!

Eric came twice to service my furnace..it was the power venter board..he replaced it but the furnace still did not come on..so he took the venter line apart and discovered lots of. “stuff “ that perhaps an animal brought in..he worked for over 3 hours this last visit and a few hours the previous visit..I had tremendous confidence that he would solve the issue and he certainly did..I would recommend him for any job especially with power venters and oil..He was on time, very knowledgeable and very patient explaining the issue..You are lucky to have him on your team😊

Victor, Luke, Jacob and Angel did a great job working at our house. They paid attention to detail and solved problems soundly and creatively on site, as well as provide some useful and helpful information on our system and how to use it. Our job was finished on schedule, neatly and to our satisfaction. I would recommend this crew. Special shout out to Victor, Luke, and Jacob for staying late and getting job knocked out.

We were delighted to work with Gervais to install a new boiler and manifold. I found their sales team to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and was really happy about the product and labor warranties that came with our purchase. Their dispatch team was easy to reach, professional and kept in very good communication with me along the way. The install team (led by Patrick) did an amazing job, clearly taking pride in the high quality of their workmanship. They were communicative, respectful of our home, and kept to the schedule. I was a repeat customer, having worked with Tim S. (plumbing manager), who had expert knowledge and good suggestions for my project. I highly recommend working with Gervais, who price their work very competitively.

Ben arrived on time, he diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it clearly. Fortunately he also came prepared: He had the part needed for the repair and showed me every step of the process. In addition to patiently explaining everything, what really stood out was that every time he came into the house, he slid on some booties to keep our floors clean. His professionalism and patience reflects great credit on your company.

Dan was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, walked us through all our options with no pressure. I have dealt with A LOT of plumbers in our 22 years in this old house. Gervais is the best, and Dan is exactly the kind of guy you want to show up when there is a problem and you need some advice you can trust.

Dana was awesome!! Last night during the snowstorm, there was no heat coming out of my heater and he came the next day and honestly everything‘s back to normal. I’m on their club. I love them. They’re great.

Let me start out by saying Shane is awesome!! About a week and a half ago I had routine service on my oil system. They sent James who cleaned it and changed the filter and assured me every was fine. Well, it was not. On 12/5 I put through an emergency call because my boiler shut off. They sent James out to take a look. Said everything looked fine but he heard a little whistling coming from the motor. Said eventually I would need to replace it. Well since then the motor kept shutting off and I had to manually restart it. Last night Shane came out for another emergency call. He gave it a thorough diagnosis and said my motor was faulty was some other parts. Got up several times during the night to manually switch on the heat. I'm 78 years old and I was freezing. It was 55 degrees in the house when I woke this morning. Shane is here now replacing the motor. I called Gervais and complained about James to two people. I felt I should has received some compensation for the horrible inconvenience.Although everyone was pleasant enough and sympathetic, they did nothing for me. Very disappointed.

Called in about a power outage in our home late on a Sunday. They were able to expedite us up the priority list and had two techs come down first thing the next day. Cameron and Sonny were incredibly helpful and courteous. They had the issue diagnosed and solved within the hour. Would highly recommend based on speed, affordability, and expertise.

Gervais has been a great "go-to" company. Over the last several years, they have never disappoint with their level of work ethic, professionalism, and knowledge. I sold my house, but a leak in a shower drain was found during the inspection. We are close to closing, and I needed to find a plumber to repair the leak. I made the call to Gervais. Evan was the guy sent out to do the job. He was awesome! Very friendly and personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through the process to complete the job and made a clean drain assembly. Great guy, highly recommend him! Attached are before and after.

I am very happy with the services provided by Gervais Mechanical. They were quick, professional, and effective. Furnace gave out during a cold snap. Their teams (Tyler, Jeff, Shane, & Ben) did a great job with the install and tweaking.
