I lost heat at my home on Saturday night. Called them for service on Sunday. Communication was perfect. Representative comes in and checks and informed me that the igniter was damaged. He did not have one in stock so he took the details and said they will pick up one from the supply house and replace it tomorrow. A lady comes to replace the ignitor first thing was that she brought an incorrect item, she went back and got a new one. Replaced that which was a 10 minute job. The heat doesn’t ignite. After checking everything where she could not find any fault she tested the pressure on outgoing LPG which was low and she tried to adjust the pressure but failed to get to the desired level. She calls a co technician and discussed the situation with him and I overheard the conversation that he asked her what was the incoming gas pressure and she said it was fine. She spent hours just trying to adjust the outgoing pressure and finally said the gas valve is defective and will cost me $230 for the parts. She again left and came back with the new gas valve and replaced it still it would not ignite. She wasted a lot of time trying to adjust the pressure on new one but fails to do so. Then she realized that she need to check the incoming pressure. Finally after spending the whole day she checks the incoming pressure and found that the pressure was low. At 5.30 pm now I had to call my propane supplier and had to pay them premium price to come out and adjust the regulator as it was after hours.
Conclusion was that there was nothing wrong in the unit or gas valve( my gas valve was perfectly fine), the issue was incoming gas pressure which should have been checked right away when the equipment was not igniting but now I have to pay them for the whole day of labor and the new gas valve just for their negligence.

While checking one of the yellow wires came out of connection and she had no idea where to put it back, she put it back at the wrong spot. Another employee had to fix that.

The guy who came on Sunday called me back realizing that her co employees messed up, he came back and adjusted the gas pressure after the regulator was adjusted.

Had to waste my whole day from work, lost ton of money there plus had to pay them a ton which I was not supposed to if they had done their job right

Hence , they are not getting my or my friends and relatives business in future,

I have to get 2 mini splits installed at my house and discussed that with the guy who came on Sunday but after this experience they are not getting our business.

Advanced Energy Concepts came out today and serviced my boiler. The technician George P. was very knowledgeable of the system that we had installed. After service, he made sure my boiler was running efficiently. I highly recommend this company and George P. for your servicing needs.

George was highly professional - arrived exactly in time, came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix my furnace as the temperature was on its way to the 20’s. He couldn’t get the part needed at that time - so he worked until a temporary fix held my furnace working until the part would arrive. He went out of his way to make sure things were good! Much appreciated! You want to hire this company and know you have an honest and caring team!

Have used Advanced for years was a Mechum client and they acquired the biz when Mark retired. They have installed systems in 3 of my houses and do all of the maintenance. Couldn’t be more pleased. When u call for service they are there for you. Vicky in the office is a pleasure and all of there service guys are great, especially Ken who has done all my services and repairs. They are especially great in explaining what is the problem, they don’t jam you up with fee and repairs you don’t need. Top notch Team at this Company! Also, I hardly never give a review unless I’m impressed. And these group is beyond impressive!

Fast and friendly service. I have used Advanced Energy for over 20 years. Always fixed my problems. Nearly all of my plumbing and heating in my house was upgraded using Advanced Energy Concepts.

We have been with this company since 2009 and they have always been super helpful, quick to respond to issues, easy to work with, etc.

Booking an appointment was quick and easy ... the tech (Bruce) showed up right on time and was super knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. The repairs were done quickly and smoothly and the cost was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Was referred to Dan Collette from a friend and was very happy with the job he did for us. He communicated clearly about the scope of the work and completed everything as expected. Anthony and Emile helped the job get done efficiently and with care. Would highly recommend.

I was due for a full heating system overhaul. Opted for Central heat and air on the lower level and mini splits upstairs. Quinn was very thorough and precise going through the many possible options and explaining how each system worked. The install team were professional and did a great job installing the new system. Would recommend checking them out for your heat or AC needs.

Ken the technician was fantastic ! Very knowledgeable, professional and thorough ! First time using this company, but will definitely use them again thanks to Ken ! Vicki in the office was also very pleasant and helpful !

Advanced Energy Concepts has installed two furnaces/AC units in my home. Each time I spoke to three companies to make sure the price was reasonable and that the people that would be doing the job were quality individuals. AEC always comes out way in front of the pack on both fronts, not to mention they presented more options and showed more knowledge of the product space than others. The work is top quality and when small issues arise, they resolved them with a clear goal of a job well done vs saving a few dollars on their bottom line. The house stayed clean and we were totally comfortable with them being in our home. I strongly recommend Sean and the whole team at AEC.

Dave and I had your Electrical Advisor, Dan Collete here to replace our electrical panel and also install new circuit breakers. He was on time for the job and explained all that was being done. When job was complete, he turned the power on and made sure everything was working before he left. We felt very comfortable with his work and will certainly have him do work for us again.

From the initial contact with Vikki in the office to the on-time arrival of Bruce, their plumber/technician… Communication couldn’t have been better. I received an advanced call when they scheduled the appointment, I received another call before the technician arrived, the plumber was immaculate in performing the replacement. (toilet). - he carried the old toilet out to my truck, took all the packing material and remove that as well… Cleaned up after himself (spotless) was polite, professional, and wouldn’t accept a tip. When you hear a plumber/technician make the comment like “Sean (the owner) is good enough to us… We don’t need to except tips- He already takes care of us”. - you know you have the right company out at your property servicing your needs. Thank you again to Bruce the plumber technician and to Vikki for the perfect lines of communication. I will be signing a couple contracts for my properties instead of American water resource or American home shield. this level of service is unmatched in the industry. It looks like I have a new favorite vendor!

AEC has been amazing to work with. We were building a new house and Sean helped us come up with a system that would meet our all electric house needs. Pricing was extremely competitive and they had high end customer service. I had issues with my heat pump and their service team quickly responded and tried to fix the problem. After a few attempts, Sean advocated on my behalf to the manufacturer to replace the heat pump, which they ended up doing. Thankfully for me this was all under the factory and service warranty but I know this came at a cost to AEC. With that being said, they did it with the best customer service imaginable. When you are in a tough situation and need help, this is type of team you want on your side! Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with electrician Dan Collette. After three previous electricians were unable to identify the issue, Dan found the problem and fixed it! He was very pleasant, easy to schedule with and arrived as expected. I would definitely use him again!

Don't waste your time with this company. Rude receptionist who shouldn't work with customers. Their technician got the wrong part and everything is delayed. They don't seem to know what they're doing. Not recommended.

George was courteous and professional and wonderful to work with getting everything fixed for my mom thank you so very for being professional and resolving all the problems that we were experiencing. Thank you George.

After diagnosis from a different company, Sean did a quote using pictures over the phone. He went over different options, advantages and disadvantages, and I opted for a new air handler.

For the installation, Brian and Brendon arrived on time. They were professional throughout the de-installation/installation process, answering questions and providing relevant information. The finished installation is clean and professional.

The company was able to schedule servicing my AC unit quickly. Their prices were completive. Both the office staff and Deb, their service technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. Deb was very efficient with her time, thus helping to keep my cost of repairs to a minimum. I highly recommend this company for your needs also.
