We having been using Advanced Energy Concepts for heating and air conditioning services for years.
They are always on time and perform good work.

Emergency hot water tank installation and removal of leaking tank was done on the same day that I called Advanced Energy.
Outstanding service, clear/concise communication and timely completion of work.

Advanced Energy team is great! We have been using them for years, and always happy with all the staff, from the initial service call to Vikki who manages the service call, then assigns the right service technician, which is Alex today (very knowledgeable) that came out to service our boiler. Based on the problem that we shared, Alex knows exactly what the cause was, and was able to get the system up and running in no time... The service rate was very reasonable, and Renee who managed the billing process made the process seamless and not so painful. Overall, we were very happy with the service received today!!! Thank you.

Arrived very quickly same day after calling for an emergency furnace repair, diagnosed the issue and got our heat back on all within a couple hours.

Bruce showed up right on time and was very professional. He did a great job repairing my heating system in a timely manner.

Great work by Advanced Energy Concepts, Quinn walked me through the whole process and took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through my various options. He was always available throughout the installation process. The tech i had working on my property was Aaron. he was Knowledgeable, passionate, and did a great job. Love my AC!!

I think the same guy has serviced my furnace for the past 3 or 4 times which is great. He's familiar with the equipment and the set up. Always on-time, fees are reasonable and he very congenial!

I would absolutely recommend Advanced Energy Concept’s. Ken, the plumber arrived on time after calling first. He was polite, efficient, and very professional.

Bruce did the instillation of kitchen faucet and he was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He also changed the mixing valve in the shower faucet

The woman came out very quickly to help resolve our heating issue. She fixed the problem. She is also very caring.

Arrived on time after the afternoon schedule was revised. Work was done quickly and I was shown what had been done in addition to what needed to be done. I was told that Vicki would
call me to set up another appointment. My furnace was cleaned and the technician was polite and well informed about furnace
cleaning and necessary repairs.

AEC provides the best oil burner service I have ever had. I completely trust their boiler technicians working on my boiler. I installed my boiler in 1981 so I know something about boilers.

Technician arrived promptly... she was very knowlegable...diagnosed the problem with boiler quickly...did the necessary repairs...materials and labor was reasonable... definitely will use Advanced Energy Concepts again

Matt is pretty nice, but Vicky is very rude to people on the phone when she messes up scheduling services. She denied information that the technicians don’t report, even if it’s common sense. She needs to work on her scheduling and people skills.

Heat and hot water went out on Saturday so I went online and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 12. Got a call Monday at 9 stating the technician would be late even though I had the appointment and a service contract. Followed up at 1pm and was told I'd be next in line. Called back around 3pm and was told the technician was going to other calls that came in after mine because they were closer to him so now I still have no heat and no hot water and no time to expect the technician. Whenever the technicians have been to my house, they have been able to fix the issues and they are kind and professional but the office and scheduling makes no sense. Why make appointments and service contracts if you don't intend to honor them for customers also experiencing a critical issue.

Yearly Preventative maintenance of our heating system. installed by Advanced Energy several years ago. Debra, the service tech we ask for every year came out and did her usual wonderful job. She is friendly, articulate, and patient in conversations we have and the questions we ask. Totally professional and a great Company to deal with.

Advanced Energy saved the day! Everyone was amazing starting with the woman I spoke with on the phone (Vicki). I appreciate the excellent service from Bill and Jared as well, they were fast efficient and friendly. We Will definitely be using them again in the future thank you all!!

Called in a pinch with no heat due to a clogged oil line. The call was taken right away and the problem fixed within an hour and ahead of schedule. Serviceman was professional, courteous and swift. Price was very fair. Highly recommend Advance Energy Concept.

After six years as a customer, I've had enough. Rude and unresponsive managers. Late technicians without a courtesy call. Sloppy work and no preventative maintenance.
The last straw was asking the dispatcher if she received my voicemail, and she replied: "I don't know, I get alot of voicemails."
I'll be working with another company to install a new heating system.
