We used EcowaveUS recently to install a mini split heat/AC system in the new location of our printing shop. Great service and price and very knowledgable about the technology and equipment they install. I cannot say enough how easy it was to work with Alejo and his team. I would recomend you speak to them if you are considering heat pumps, or any of the services they provide. 5 stars for sure !!!

EcowaveUS replaced our aging central AC units with energy efficient Bosch systems, which now provide both AC and heating for our home. Throughout the installation, Alejo was easily accessible and always kept us informed about each phase of the job.

We had a 'whole house' hear pump system installed and couldn't be happier with it. The contractors were all courteous and competent, and their work was explained to us clearly and don't very neatly. The project happened on schedule and too budget.

Got a Bosch system to replace our old A/C and the work was done earlier than anticipated and in about 1.5 days. Very easy to work with; knowledgeable without being pushy like competitors may be.

Alejo and his company were even better than expected! They were knowledgeable, personable, and articulate about what they were going to do, where, why and when. He gave us more than he proposed, arrived spot on-time and finished ahead of scheduled. He does what he says he will do and at the price proposed. What more could anyone expect? I hope to continue doing business with him and EcoWave.

We recently installed heat pumps in 2 floors of a 3 story building. It's an unusual setup because technically the two floors are different parcels, but they worked with us and got it done.

They helped us with the MassSave process. It's not necessary a straightforward process (and I messed it up a little bit), but we got that loan secured. I'm still waiting on the rebate part, but that's just a waiting game now.

The heat pumps are working great and they look nice too.

Overall I'd recommend them over the big company in town.

From the start of the process Alejo did a great job of explaining his approach and was open to talking about alternative options.

He kept us up-to-date throughout the process and always responded in a timely manner.

Once the heat pump installation was complete, Alejo came by to do a walkthrough to make sure everything was up to his standards and ended up catching one thing that needed to be redone. The tech came by later that day and resolved the issue.

Overall it was a top notch experience and I’d give them a 5/5, which rarely happens as I’m a pretty particular person (just ask my wife).

EcoWaveUS was the MOST professional team I have ever experienced doing work in my house. They installed a mini-split/heat pump system with two condensers and six indoor units. Their team was prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. They were thoughtful about the placement of the units in the house and the ducting at the back of the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

From our first conversation, he was dedicated to earning my business. I obtained four quotes and proposals, and his was not only the most thorough but also left me feeling the most confident in my decision. Throughout the bidding process annd installation, he always found time to answer my questions.

My installation was particularly complex: two systems to cover my house. Two dual-fuel blowers (propane and 9 tons of heat pump), new ducting throughout, two control boards, five zones, and five thermostats.

On top of great execution, Alejo is committed to standing behind his work. When an integration issue arose—the outdoor heat pump and indoor thermostat were competing with the control boards for temperature control—he showed up on short notice to troubleshoot. In the snow. At night. And he stayed into the evening until it was completely resolved.

The team’s responsiveness and reliability have been outstanding throughout and I’m very happy with the system. It’s balanced and performs great.

I cannot recommend Ecowave, Alejo, and his team enough. I had heat pumps installed by Ecowave and via the Mass Save program and they went above and beyond every opportunity to save me money, push up the installation date when the cold weather hit, and walk me through each step of the Mass Save loan application, and rebate process. They even worked directly with the Mass Save program in my stead when there were complications with the application process. I moved into a fixer-upper a few years ago and have had a multitude of work done on the house from a plethora of service companies (roof, siding, electrical, plumbing, you name it) -- all very good experiences overall, but nothing as good as the experience I've had with Ecowave. Happy to write this review for them and encourage you to choose them as well -- you will be glad you did.

Amazing experience with EcoWave with our heat pump install, electric panel upgrade, and EV charger install. First, EcoWave knows the process and does it all in house from the heat pump to electrician to the rebate process. Alejo is super friendly, had great prices, and was able to schedule all work around my hectic night shift schedule. His workers were polite, clean, and quiet. They were hyper aware of our animals and to make sure they closed doors and didn't let them escape! The electrician was super professional and did a clean install. Check out the photos, especially the before / after panel install. I would not hesitate to hire EcoWave again!!

My wife and I weren't sure exactly what combination of heat pumps were right for our new house. Alejo was extremely patient and took the time to explain the various benefits and detriments of each setup. We're so happy with the work, which has functioned exactly as promised. EcowaveUS also makes the Mass Save process, including the rebate extremely easy - either directly taking care of some steps or providing detailed step-by-step guides.

We had EcowaveUS LLC install our new heat pump and mini-split systems, and they were fantastic. Alejo and the crew (Alan, Maxwell, and Braden) were professional, punctual, and consistently easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were about the details. When there were different options for how to set things up, they took the time to talk us through the pros/cons and helped us choose what would work best for our home and preferences, without any pressure. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything seemed well planned and carefully executed. They even helped us apply for the Mass Save Heat Loan and rebates that we were eligible for.

We're very happy with the system itself, and honestly this was probably the best contractor experience we've had. We're already considering using them for a solar installation because we trust their work that much. They have our most enthusiastic recommendation.

Alejo Maqueda and his crew from ECOWAVE were amazing partners from the early design stages of the project, through execution, and after the project was completed. They worked incredibly hard, came up with innovative solutions to install the system in my quirky old house, and problem-solved as they went along (how to install a minisplit b/t two doors w/o an outside wall, how to position the drainage pipes inside the house, how to fix a water pipe that was leaking in the basement.)

They followed through the clauses included in the contract without increasing the total price, and delivered a product that was way above my expectations. We went from having loud AC window units to a house that was quietly heated and cooled and felt much much like an HVAC system.

They also listened and responded promptly to any questions I had post-project, for example when I was confused how to switch the systems from a cooling to a heating phase. Alan, the electrician, set up an appointment with the city electrician to come and inspect the new electric panel and the heat pump system. (Everything checked out.)

Alejo also installed a unit in the basement that allowed our gas furnace to "talk" to the minisplits, so that when the outside temp reached 30F the minisplits system would shut down and allow the gas furnace to kick in (this is more energy efficient and less costly in the winter, and also leads to a diferrent, more even heat rising from the floor as opposed to being pumped in the house through the minisplits.)

Last but not least, Alejo has been incredibly supportive in helping me apply for rebates for the mini splits system. I am in the process of completing this. I don't think that this was nec part of his job, but his attention and care to this issue made this process a lot easier.

All in all, I felt that I started this project with a lot of apprehension and anxiety. Two months post-project, I am more than happy with the results. I also feel like I have gained a couple of new friends that I can always reach out with questions. Needless to say, this is not a typical experience with a contractor!
