Alejo and his team installed a mini split system in my house and cannot recommend EcoWave enough !!
Working with them was very smooth from day one, something I really appreciated about working with Alejo was if he said hed do something, you could consider it done. From him recommending what we should go for , to getting quotes, contracts, and even rebate help, he made himself available at anytime. The actual work was executed within a couple of days, the team was very professional, and left our house clean at the time of project completion. Alejo then took his time to throughly explain to me the system, how to give it proper maintenance, and his recommendations on dos and donts. Overall super happy with EcoWave and their work. 10/10 recommend!

The mini split installation process has many steps, especially if you are getting a heat loan and rebate, but EcoWave walked us through the entire process making it easy. Alejo did a great job of explaining each step and would check in with me to make sure the process was seamless. Like a previous reviewer said, EcoWave does a great job working with quirky old houses to find the most efficient path from the outside condensers to the individual mini split units. We installed 6 mini splits- 1 in the basement, 2 on the main floor, and three upstairs. It's barely noticeable from the outside!

The past few summers we have really been feeling the heat in this 1930s home. But it wasn't until June that I realized we would be roasting and would be spending another miserable summer escaping to the movies, since the temperature and humidity in the house were unbearable. We had our first meeting with EcoWave at the beginning of July, and I assumed the job would not be completed until mid to late Fall. After we got the bank and loan process moving (the delay was on our end), Alejo and his team got right to work, and we had mini splits before the end of August! It has made living in our home during summer's final heatwaves much more tolerable!

Mini split installations are not cheap, but we were lucky to be able to take advantage of the federal rebates before they expire. It's also a sound investment for a family home that we will appreciate for years to come.

I would highly recommend Alejo and his team at EcoWave. We recently got a brand new gas furnace replacement with an added heat pump. Their expertise was evident from the start, which helped relieve a lot of stress about a big decision. Alejo, the owner, worked with us during the planning and sales process and was fantastic. He completed our Manual J and helped design the system, and he was always incredibly easy to communicate with. What stood out most was how responsive he was. We never had to wait long for answers. He was honest, thoughtful, and patient while helping us think through our options, which made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.

Allen and Maxwell handled the installation of the heat pumps as well as upgrading our electrical service to 200 amps, and they were equally impressive. They were super friendly, extremely clean and organized, and the quality of their work was top-notch. The installation itself looks incredibly neat and well thought out.

One small detail that meant a lot to us: while upgrading the panel, they took the time to relabel the entire electrical panel with the correct rooms, outlets, and light switches. Now we actually know what every breaker controls, which is something we’ve never had before. It was such a thoughtful extra step and really speaks to their attention to detail.

Overall, EcowaveUS LLC delivered high-quality work, excellent communication, and a very smooth experience from beginning to end. If you’re considering heat pumps or energy upgrades, we would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
