It’s a great knowledgeable team. They are super friendly, on time, clean, quick and reasonable. I don’t usually gush about service people. These guys are the exception. I’ve used them for two jobs and I will use them again.

My technician, Keith, was able to diagnose and fix the issues with my HVAC system in less than two hours. Six other people have come out from other companies and none of them have been able to fix a thing. I’ll never use anyone else for HVAC systems again.

Update: Updating my comments below and increasing the rating because the company did reach out to me and apologized and said they had spoken to the employee who they say was rushing to an emergency at home. I plan to purchase and donate toys with the Amazon gift card they sent me. I don't want money. I want people to be safe.

Original Posting: A Back Bay Mechanical van ran a stop sign and would have tee boned me had I not been paying attention and honked my horn. As the van was on the side street and I was on the arterial, I had the right of way and the van had a stop sign. They didn't even brake! This occured in a somewhat residential neighborhood and early morning when kids are going to school and people are going to work. I wrote to the company and explained what happened - they didn't even bother to respond. I would never hire a company that doesn't care about the communities it does business in.

Came quickly and did what they said they would for the price quoted.

Very thorough inspection of system. Servicer was courteous and knowledgeable. Found a problem and was able to fix during the same visit.

I had a positive experience using Back Bay Mechanical for an unexpected repair of my gas furnace in my home. Despite not being a prior customer, they were able to schedule a prompt appointment, come and identify the needed replacement part, and return the next business day with a new gas valve to do the repair. I’ll be calling them again for future maintenance and repairs.
