Good supply house, very helpful and knowledgeable

Needed a water heater, gave Ardente a call and they had the model I wanted in stock . Guys helped me load it and off I went. Excellent price and service.

Manager and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. As a retail customer, I needed help understanding the vast number of options for shower systems. Michael in Braintree was able to do that. I bought full shower system from them and couldn't have been more pleased with their services, from delivery to followup after sale.

Mr Moore has an attitude problem. He is good at what he does and has decent prices but he also has a difficult personalty. I refuse to deal with a professional who acts unprofessionally.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Mr Moore Is rude, crude and unprofessional. He Refuses to communicate with anyone. He has stated he does not make phone calls and does not wait 1 minute for any customer or potential customer. He is a disgrace to his profession, not surprised to see all these negative comments, probably should’ve looked before we called him

Bob and Ethan arrived on time and did a great job repairing the cast iron radiators, especially replacing rusting valves. Recommended!

My hot water heater went in the middle of the night. I realized it at 6 AM. Scott (Moore) was at my house by 9, and was so fast and professional. I will recommend him over and over again!

This guy is not a Plumber he is a Glorified Handyman, willing to put a bandaid that will not solve a plumbing problem. If you plan on doing the leg work, order the correct or incorrect parts hire this guy he will save you a buck now, however your water bill will increase. If you would like a full service plumber please call someone else. I see all the good reviews and assume his great work of the thing of past. This is a fly by night operation not a permanent solustion. Save your self the time and aggravation and hire a real plumber.

Came right away and installed a new water tank for me. Called me right away and price is very reasonable. Great work and would definitely use Scott Moore Plumbing again.

I've only had great experiences with Scott Moore Plumbing. He returns phone calls within 24 hrs or less and shows up within the time frame he alotted for the services.

Have leaned on Scott for a few years now, both for emergencies and for routine plumbing jobs. He always responds quickly to any requests, and does fantastic work. Would recommend him highly.

Just got yelled at by Mr. Moore for not buying the ONLY type of faucet he will install. So be prepared to only buy a faucet from a supply store and it better be a Delta or you too will face the rath of Mr. Moore. I was truly taken off guard as he has worked here before and while not cheap, work was fine. Needless to say the encounter did not end on a high note. Thank goodness l can't refuse to care for my patients based on where they come from or what their diagnosis may be. #37yrnurse

I had a water leak and I called Scott. He was super responsive and even though it ended up being related to the heating system, which he doesn't work on, he help me shut it off so that the leak would stop and he gave me a contact for someone who could help me. Did it all over FaceTime he was incredibly nice.

Outstanding service! Responsive, quality work, and very consultative. Scott always calls me back and throughly reviews my problems before discussing options and recommendations. He shares his experience and won’t let me install sub par fixtures and recommends fixtures he knows will last. I have used him multiple times and I could not be more satisfied. We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen faucet and spent 5 days calling various plumbers. Scott responded the same day and showed up the next morning. He fixed the leak in 1 minute and didn’t even charge us for his time. He was super knowledgeable and gave us plumbing tips. What a nice guy!! We will definitely call him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
