Clear Choice Drain used trenchless pipelining to repair our sewer line that had roots and gaps in most of the clay pipe joints of the 60' leading from our house to the town sewer. From initial contact to job completion, they were professional, responsive, and accommodating in their approach. There were no surprises.

I am amazed at how quickly you responded to my problem. Barely two hours from my phone call to finished repair!! Octavio was amazing, polite, efficient and cleaned up before he left. Not professional. My tenant placed a plate of rice and food into the garbage disposal (tenant's words), causing a clog in the pipe. I contacted the company and specified that I must be present with the technician, who should refrain from discussing issues or diagnosing with the tenant. Despite my clear requests at the time of the appointment, the technician was supposed to call me before going to the property but ignored my multiple clear requests. The technician went to the property without notifying me and explained to the tenant that the main pipe was clogged, creating an impression for the tenant that it was not their fault for the food clog. The technician provided an opportunity for the tenant to argue with me, even though the lease is clear on this situation. I am upset that, despite multiple notifications, they ignored my request not to talk to the tenant and went to the property without informing me.

I was very happy with the service Clear Solutions provided! It was an emergency situation and Octavio the technician was here by 9:30! He found the problem with the camera and drained everything out! He will be back tomorrow to clear roots out! I would recommend Clear Solutions! They were a lifesaver!!

This was my first time using Clear Choice, but the service was immaculate! A nice gentleman named Juan came right to my house and fixed our clogged toilet in no time at all! Even the price was exceptionally reasonable.

Octavio and Juan were excellent! They cleaned out a clogged sewer drain in a three family home on Quincy while it was occupied with tenants! They made the best or a bad situation and cleaned up a big mess.. This is the second time I have used them and will definitely contact them again when a plumbing problem arises! Great service!
Called them in the afternoon and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. The plumber was very kind and explained everything before, during and after the cleaning. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and will definitely continue to work with them.

Great experience from start to finish - was super easy to schedule an appointment, and Juan did a great job fixing an issue with my kitchen drain. Was efficient, polite, clean and quiet (helpful with two yappy dogs at home). Would definitely recommend!

If you are on the fence about clear choice let me tell you look no further. I have used them for my business and personal plumbing, pipelining, carpet cleaning, and even ceramic and vct tile needs. I have never seen a company do such good work and leave the work site cleaner then it was when they arrived. My toilet was clogged. I yelped and found Clear Choice Drain Solutions. Joe picked up the phone promptly and was very professional. I got the plumber very quickly to unclogged my toilet. The plumber was very thorough went to the basement and inspected my drain. I am happy with the service.

Spoke w Joe in the office and he was great. Explained my problem and he listened without trying to upsell me on any services that we didn't need. He happened to have a tech in the area and managed to get us scheduled in the same day. Octavio was the tech and was very helpful. I will absolutely be calling clear choice with any plumbing needs in the future.

A++++ Company! Another plumbing company jerked us and our tenant for a week, finally arrived and then tried to charge us $700 to replace a garbage disposal. When we refused they wanted to charge us $179 anyway. I fear this may be a trend among tradesmen as the next company I called also refused to provide even a ballpark quote.
In contrast, Janette at Clear Choice quoted their price over the phone. The plumber arrived when promised and took care of the problem quickly. I paid the fee as quoted at $185, which included the environmental fee. What a relief to deal with an honest and competent company! So grateful!

I called Clear Choice Drain Solutions on a Sunday during a rain storm with a clogged driveway drain that was causing water to leak into my garage. They had a technician over to my house within an hour. CCDS was absolutely great. I had to re-line my residential main line due to corrosion. Not only were they very professional, but also very responsive. With top of the line technology and tools they ensured the job was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them over the usual names you see on the street.

Octavio of Clear Choice is excellent. He came out on a Saturday morning , spent two hours snaking out a kitchen sink drain clog that was especially difficult. It was 22 feet down the pipe around two corners, but my man got it done. Easy and professional communication, friendly guy, totally pleasant experience.
