Mike and Ricky repaired a leak underneath my garage concrete flooring. Mike and Ricky did a great job. They were very careful to repair the leak and cleaned up afterwards.

Garrett and Chris performed a fantastic job during the initial inspection. The full explanation was given of all the things that were to be replaced or repaired. They did an amazing job!

We had an issue with a pipe in the bathroom. Office staff was very easy to deal with, and they sent someone right away. Chris was very helpful and he explained the problem in a clear manner. Also, he worked very efficiently and fixed the problem. I really appreciated the free quote and the professional, reliable work. Call them again for sure!

Victor did an outstanding job in replacing our pressure regulator. He called to let us now when he'd arrive and was on time. He told us the duration of our water outage and completed all work within this time. He cleaned up everything after he finished. He let me see the water flow through the house while he was adjusting the regulator. Then he explained how I could adjust and measure pressure in the near future. Victor was polite.

This is my third visit from AP&D. Each visit was on time, courteous and quick. The prices were reasonable. Our first trip was made to clear out a sewer pipe after the very first downpour we had experienced since moving into our home. We then thought the line from the hot water heater to our master bath had a problem. Then they took a closer look and found that it was the diverter for the shower controls. They adjusted it within minutes and charged me only for the journey. This time the dual sinks were clogged in the same bathroom. The tech helped me find the source of the blockage, let me know the costs and options for the job and worked with me as I figured out where it might be. Luckily, his power auger got a bit farther than mine. He took time out to see me and let me show him some other issues I had around the house. He also gave me ideas about how to go forward. AP&D has a friendly, open-minded approach that I think every service provider should have. It's wonderful not to have the need to search and scramble when a problem arises.

Do not hesitate to call this company if you are unsure about what to say. They came as soon as they could, were very professional and did the job. I have had no issues and will recommend them to my friends and family!

The initial estimate meeting turned into much more. He was able give me practical ideas and suggestions for other jobs. It was obvious that this is what he loves to do and he excels at it. He is the real thing and I couldn't recommend these guys enough. These guys are not your typical guys ....

Excellent professional service. Axel, Luis, and the entire crew replaced all of our waste/sewage pipe underneath the house in just three days. The team arrived on time at 8:30AM. They worked hard to finish their tasks, while also being mindful of the safety rules when entering and exiting the home. The team spent extra time cleaning the floors and removing obstacles after they had worked under the house and left. Every day we received a status report and an explanation of the work they did. Their workmanship is excellent!

Vince was called to fix a clogged toilet. He did so in less than 30 minutes. He was nice and cleaned up the area. Also, he told me that I had a 6 month warranty on both the call and the work. The service was excellent, same day repair! Vince, the dispatcher and follow-up person who called to confirm time were all very helpful. All were very friendly and helpful! Thank you! !
