New heating & air conditioning systerm was installed. They worked through the day and had it up and running within 6 hours.
removed all the old equipment and cleaned up the area before they left for the day.

The team sent out to install mini-splits in our home were fantastic. They were friendly, installation was perfect, and they made sure we knew details of what was happening at every step, asking our input when needed, and incredibly thoughtful about our house (110 years old). Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tim did a fantastic job! He’s very friendly and professional. Furthermore, he’s a great asset to your company.

Technician Scott was excellent. He explained things clearly and was courteous. The workman ship was also good, I have no complaints. The total cost of $673.45 is higher than expected for replacing a wax ring for the toilet.

The service technician was very nice 👌. He explained what he was doing and when he was finished, he cleaned up and left the area the way he founded it...I was impressed 👌 👏

I am always happy with this company and the technician that they sent me to maintain the heat system...he is polite and a very nice gentleman that answers every question I had for him...I know it a bit pricey, but you get your money worth...

Having recently moved, I didn’t have a local plumbing company when my undermount kitchen sink backed up and then came unattached from the stone countertop to collapse into the sink base while I was away for a weekend. Within 3 hours of calling, Nikolas was at my door and putting on booties to protect the floors. Due to unknowns about the plumbing lines in my condo building, it took 3 calls over 3 days for everything to get resolved but Nikolas, and a couple of others he had to call in to assist, did his best to accommodate my work schedule and was polite and cheerful at all times. He made sure that the sink, which had not had full support put in when installed (before my purchase), was attached to a new 2x4” so this should never happen again. They also brought in a camera to find exactly where the shared common drain pipe was clogged. I won’t hesitate to use Winter Home Services for any future plumbing needs.

Buyer beware! Inflated estimates! Gave me an estimate for over $2000 for a simple leaky 12-inch pipe replacement. Hired another plumber that charged me a couple hundred dollars. There’s a big difference between making a profit and robbing you blind!

Stephen was awesome and very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very patient and did a great job on my heating system. I would highly recommend Stephen and his company.

Manny and his team of Zack and Brady did a terrific job which was very challenging and further complicated due to weather conditions. They were very helpful in providing explanations for the installed equipment. We are most pleased with the work done.

Duy was VERY professional and responsive. I had the utmost confidence in his work on fixing our gas leak, testing everything before he left and checkout out other areas of our old house. Will call on him again when we need our new water heater!

Jairon Monteros came out to help me with my washer and was incredibly helpful. He was able to address the problem with my washer and fix it within the hour. I would recommend HL Bowman and Jairon to fix any hvac issues.

Electricians arrived on time and diagnosed issue with thermostat for electric heat, after thorough testing. Thermostat was installed and functioned properly. Very personable and knowledgeable gentleman who responded to the call. Couldn’t be happier with result.

They use an AI system to handle calls, which is interesting and modern. However, the plumber they sent arrived without parts or equipment. He was scheduled for the afternoon but arrived later and quoted $700 just to replace a toilet tank fill valve.
Be careful — it seems like the business model relies on charging a $70–$80 visit fee even when no work is performed, followed by very high estimates.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, not servicing a machine that was installed a year ago during the blizzard that isn’t working and leaving 2 elderly people without heat is a new low. This company purchased Winters in Waltham and doesn’t keep its commitments or honor the warranty for a boiler that was installed 1/25. I’ll be contacting everyone to inform them never to use your services. I’ll be contacting the State about your business practices. Please understand I have just begun to make everyone aware what a terrible organization you are.

When my water heater failed I called HL Bowman -Winters because of the great work the did with my furnace. They exceeded my expectations. Julien and Mike were all business and finished the job quickly. They did quality work, all connections are clean, unlike the series of splices done from the last time it was done. I have other miscellaneous plumbing issues. I will definitely have HL Bowman back for more work. I know that I can trust them to do the best work possible.

Winters installed my new heating system just about three years ago. It’s been terrific, but recently it started to make some odd noises. Jeo, my excellent technician, identified the issue right away. A little air in the line, which he immediately took care of. And because my house is over 100 years old and settling, it caused two copper pipes to press against each other. So when the heat came on they would vibrate and make a rattling noise. A small spacer put between them solved the problem right away. Awesome service. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. And a responsive company. I give ‘em an A+.
