I'll start off by saying that I'm not sure which Chimcare location came to my house as the website is generic for all and I'm near Nashua but this is the closest one listed on google to me.

I requested a cleaning which said $350 on the form, I also called and asked if $350 would be the expected number or would there be a range. The woman on the phone confirmed that yes it would be $350 for the inspection and cleaning. The technician then arrived, looked at the chimney, and informed me it would be a "deep clean" and "chemical treatment" which would cost $700! I knew I would already be charged for the visit and inspection fee at that point and would already be loosing money so I bit the bullet and figured at that price maybe it would take awhile. The whole appointment was a total of 30 minutes with a few brushes and a minor amount of debris that actually came out of my Chimney. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer and extremely disappointed after I had read all the other great reviews

They came out over the weekend to replace all the step flashing and counterflashing around the chimney. The bricks inside the attic were fine, so no worries there. William was easy to talk to and got it done right. I’d suggest these guys if you need flashing work done.
