John and Sean did an exception job. When John came out to quote, he was extremely thorough and walked me through each item and took a number of pictures to show me the chimneys. They did a lovely job with the cleaning, keeping the area clean and tidy while they worked. Very professional and friendly service.

John was very friendly and professional. We were fortunate to get our chimney done with limited lead time because of the unseasonably warm temperatures in October. Photos and videos of the conditions of the bricks and masonry on two of our chimneys were reviewed with us and we had an option or two on how to address the various issues. The chimney cap we ordered through AZ was on-time and well-made. The repair work and chimney cap installation was on-schedule and took 2 days. Photos and videos of the completed work were also reviewed with us to ensure a thorough job. John was available by phone or on site both days, and it's nice to know that we're all set headed into winter.

Execution was on point, chimney cleaned fast, would call them again in a pinch.

John has exceptional customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. He is always on time, open and honest about quotes and options, and made sure i was comfortable with my decision. He did thorough, clean work and wore shoe covers when inside the house.

Ray recently cleaned my dryer vent and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He was professional, friendly and efficient, taking the time to explain the process and showing me how much lint he removed. My dryer now works so much better. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again!

Johnathan was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well. He was so kind and made sure we were comfortable with all the work he did on our chimney and fireplaces. We’d recommend him to anyone!

Update: Yesterday we had Ray come by for a general maintenance sweep of our fireplace. Not only did he make time to come this week on short notice, but he did a thorough job of cleaning everything and even washed the glass door for us. We’re so lucky to have found AZ chimney and love working with them!

Great chimney service! John is a top-notch professional, very knowledgeable, explaining to lay people in clear terms and with pictures of what is going on. Our fire was too hot, and paint started to peel away from the metal hood. Therefore, we called AZ Chimney to inspect. AZ chimney sent John immediately over, and now, we know what needs to be done! A Z Chimney was great to work with. We first got a quote from them two years ago and didn't move forward with the work on our fireplace until this year, but they were always available for questions and never tried to sell us on anything. Reasonable pricing and John is great to work with - friendly, efficient, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards.

One star is too much. I had an appointment with these people for an inspection. And then, after an hour and a half, they tell me they're not coming. The guy fell asleep.The experience was very bad.

I had Izzy, and his associate install the stainless steel chimney liner. First of all, they answered my many questions. They did an excellent job and exhibited excellent craftsmanship. We hired AZ Chimney to install a chimney cap and clean our chimeny as our chimney had started leaking this winter.

In my experience, they are the worst contractors I have ever worked with.

There were many red flags which included pushing for payment before and after the project was done before any inspection. They constantly changed their story.
The cap would take 2 weeks to come, no never mind we have one available, but it has to be installed now… no wait it can be installed this Thursday, but I can only come at 8:00 PM installation while we were not home.
We should’ve gone with another contractor but we trusted them based on the reviews.

Within five days, the chimney cap blew off, damaging our deck. We were very lucky no was hurt when it fell of. I had to climb onto the roof to see the damage, almost slipping, and found concrete patches all over the roof, and a single screw.

That’s all that was done to secure this cap, no adhesive just one screw.

The worst part? AZ Chimeny saw the damage, promised us they would fix it, and then went completely silent. Avoid at all cost

As a small business owner, I'm picky about who I hire. A Z Chimney Services was professional from start to finish. They arrived on time to install my new chimney cap, and the quality of their work left me very satisfied!

As a new homeownet who doesn't know his fireplace from his furnace, I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did the company (ask for John!) come in and immediately and significantly beat the competition's quote, but the work was efficient and transparent.

The picture here is the worker just casually buffing out my new chimney cap after inserting a sleeve, despite it being 15 degrees and windy and being on the roof all day.

Great work and great guys. Never for a second felt anything but completely valued as a customer. I'll be going back to them when I tackle the fireplace (which it turns out is different from a furnace!)
