Omer, a Brown Chimney associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. In one afternoon, he did our evaluation, answered all of my questions and completed our work. He cleaned our chimney, coating and flashing repair. The work was excellent. I can’t say enough to recommend Omer and his craftsmanship.

We contacted Brown Chimney after seeing so many good reviews. Ay was the gentleman who came over and inspected our chimney. As it turned out we needed to fix the crown, we had no cap (ever), and the liner was never installed when the house was built. Ay and his team were amazing! His communication was great, he always showed us pictures of the work, described what was being done, and the final product is excellent. He and his team were also super nice and patient with our very inquisitive children, and in general they were very kind people. Would recommend for anyone needing an assessment or work to be done in their home. Thank you!

Gives me an exact time when he’s coming (not a 4-6 hr window). He always takes his time and checks everything out. Let’s me know if he needs to order a part and how long it might take. Anytime he hs taken a look, the issue is fixed right, the first time. He knows what he’s doing and is really pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them!!!
