leonard came out to clean our carpet and a couple of rugs. he was clear and explained that because of the protective coating on the fabric, some stains might not come out. we decided to try cleaning one area, and as leonard said, the stain stayed. he was very honest and stopped there, and didn't even charge us for the visit! that was really fair. other places might have charged just for coming out. i give leonard 5 stars for his honesty and skill. we are very grateful!
