Worst service ever, rude disrespectful technician, used his own language to swear over the phone thinking he's a man, instead he is a coward.

I'm very disappointed to learn that I have been ripped off. They over charged me to the point of highway robbery. I should have shopped around more to be fair. Their prices are ridiculous. I feel very cheated .

Unreliable. King Carpet rescheduled on us twice at the last minute and then no showed for the final rescheduled appointment. If you need a reliable vendor I'd look elsewhere.
