This was my second or third time using Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning in my home. When my portable AC leaked and caused some water to soak into my carpets, I reached out to them for help. Roger was able to come out the same day, bringing fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the floors and carpets quickly. Luckily, the water issue wasn’t too serious. While they were here, I also had them do a full carpet cleaning throughout the house and add a carpet protectant to the upstairs and stairway. They gave me a nice discount for bundling the services. Ayden cleaned the stairway, hallway, four bedrooms, and a bonus room, and did a really thorough job. I appreciated the friendly and professional service. Leonard did an outstanding job! I live in an apartment complex and my carpets aren’t high-end, so getting rid of heavy traffic spots is tough. Leonard went above and beyond to make my carpets look as clean as possible. They look so much better now—about 85% cleaner, which is a big improvement for basic apartment carpets! The service was excellent. Leonard took his time and really wanted everything to look perfect. Even the entryway, which gets a lot of foot traffic, looks much better now.
