the team was absolutely wonderful to work with for my carpet cleaning needs. i highly recommend them! prices were very reasonable. at first, i needed to reschedule and miguel quickly and happily helped me with that. my two area rugs and two chairs look so clean now thanks to leonard and theodore. they were very professional and polite, and took extra care on the tough stains and made sure to place the rugs and chairs back just right. i'll definitely share their business cards with my neighbors and plan to call them again for any future carpet or furniture cleaning. don't hesitate to try this company!

I'm very disappointed to learn that I have been ripped off. They over charged me to the point of highway robbery. I should have shopped around more to be fair. Their prices are ridiculous. I feel very cheated .

Unreliable. King Carpet rescheduled on us twice at the last minute and then no showed for the final rescheduled appointment. If you need a reliable vendor I'd look elsewhere.
