A sewer back-up is a miserable experience but if you have to go through it, this company has got your back. Our sewer backed up after a monsoon downpour. Sergio answered the phone at 9:30pm and got us in the queue for a clean-up the next day. Michael sent out Melvin and his team the next morning and they worked to pull wet carpet out of our basement, moved bins of belongings out of basement, then cleaned and disinfected the area. Came back a week later to finish the job by removing drywall. Again, Melvin and his team worked to keep the dust down while they cut and removed wet drywall. Always helpful and friendly. They did a fantastic job! Throughout the process Michael checked in by phone to see how things were going and to help out with moving the process forward with the insurance company. I can't recommend them enough.

So glad we called Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont when we needed help. Came home from vacation to find a wet mess in our basement…We started to clean up ourselves, which would have taken forever . Roberto and his co-worker were out first thing the next morning to clean and dry things out properly with professional equipment. Servpro did a great job and they solved our problem. They were prompt and courteous. It’s obvious Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont really cares about the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

Last winter, our basement utility room was flooded, and it took us a long time to find the source of the water. We were very fortunate that ServePro was able to get to us quickly, because they saved us from much more damage to our utilities and our apartment. Servpro Belmont/Cambridge did an excellent job with a difficult broken sewer pipe in the house. They were responsive, and sent a competent and professional two person team. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly for any house "emergency."

Have used Servpro Cambridge/Belmont a few times now to deal with water leaks. Each time they were super responsive and were able to come and deal with the problem right away, which is super important in these cases. The last job they did for me they even helped to coordinate a carpenter to help and repair the damage after it was taken care of by Servpro. Overall, I would highly recommend Servpro Cambridge/Belmont. I have worked both with Raffi and Sergio and both are really fantastic.

The entire crew was amazing! Under the great leadership of Roberto, the foreman, the job was well organized, planned out and finished ON TIME and ON BUDGET. They were so courteous, professional, thoughtful and performed seamlessly and without a lot of supervision all the work that was needed and provided timely updates to me to assure me and answered ALL my questions to keep me informed and calm during a really stressful time! It was such a pleasure working with Servpro and I would recommend them - especially the team I got assigned for the 2 day job - without reservation.

We called Servpro when our basement (used for storage of personal items and a workshop) unexpectedly flooded with a mixture of sewage water and groundwater. Michael was so easy to coordinate with and had thoughtful and knowledgeable answers to all of our questions. We had managed to pump out the water ourselves so his crew (lead by Sergio) came in to clean and sanitize everything on a timeline that worked for us. They helped us decide what was and wasn't salvageable, disposed of everything that was ruined, and left our basement dry and smelling great. They made it very easy to coordinate with insurance as well. We are very impressed with Servpro and so thankful for the careful job they did!

We had the nightmare of all nightmares occur where we were awoken at 2am in the morning to sewage water pouring out of our toilet in the basement bathroom at our home. And let me tell you thank god for Servpro Cambridge/Belmont. I immediately called them despite it being 2 in the morning and less than 6 hours later they had a crew at my house. Yes they arrived at 7:30am! The crew was led by a gentleman named Melvin and he and the two other guys he had working with him could not have been more professional and polite. They were simply amazing! They worked nonstop from 730am to 5pm and were able to remove all the waste, power wash the entire basement and disinfected everything. They even went so far as to take pictures of all the personal items that were damaged and needed to be discarded so that we could use those pictures for our insurance claim. Furthermore, my wife is 7 months pregnant and was scared to be in the house after the disinfectant spray was applied throughout because of potential fumes. Well Servpro even has an answer for that- they use a toxin free food grade anti bacterial spray which is completely safe for kids, pets and pregnant women. You can never really imagine the horror of having sewage water pouring into your house unless youve experienced it, but we feel so blessed that the amazing team at Servpro took such amazing care of us. They are the best and I say with utmost confidence that there is NOBODY you’d rather have helping you when disaster strikes than these people!

Great experience from start to finish. Raffi had a crew at my house within an hour of my panicked phone call when my washer flooded my condo. The first thing Melvin said when he arrived was “Don’t worry we will take care of everything”. And they did. They were professional, thorough, and kept me updated on progress since I was not on the premises. They moved furniture, dried everything out, and then were very strategic in their demolition minimizing impact while still removing the wet Sheetrock and insulation. My insurance adjuster was impressed as well. I would highly recommend this particular ServPro office.

Water damage to your home is its own special hell, but Servpro made the remediation process as painless as possible. After leakage following a botched repair, I called them on a Wednesday night, and Raffi had a team at my house early Thursday morning to estimate the job -- and as soon as we got in touch with our insurer and authorized the work, Servpro was ready to go. They ended up finding mold in the walls and doing more extensive work than planned (ripping down two staircase walls and a high ceiling), but they were punctual, communicative, extremely efficient, and meticulously clean. They also were able to recommend a contractor who specializes in restoration after water damage, so we'll be able to get back into our house in days rather than weeks or worse. I hope I never have need of their services again, but if I do, I know whom to call.

Dilson and his crew at ServPro were fantastic. Our basement was flooded with sewage—the worst! Dilson and his crew took charge and stepped in with confidence and care. He was patient and thoughtful with all of his interactions—texting updates and always keeping the job site clean. He made this difficulty situation much more manageable and handled the job with ease. I am writing today to tell you of the exceptional service I received from Servpro, especially from my project manager, Christopher Myers. He made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done and made me feel safe. I would also highly recommend Technicians Grace and Dillson. They came into my home with their crews and started to remove everything that was destroyed. They worked together like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend Servpro and especially the members of my Team. They made a bad situation into a tolerable experience.

One of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had.

1. **Questionable billing**: Received multiple conflicting invoices and charges that were far above industry norms (originally more than 60%). It took months of back-and-forth to get any clarity.
2. **Serious safety incident**: Improper equipment placement caused a strong odor of gas leak in two homes and requiring an emergency utility response.
3. **Poor service and workmanship**: Floors were left dirty, pipes were not properly reinstalled, and the work area was left in disarray.
4. **Poor communication and attitude**: Explanations kept changing, and concerns about both safety and billing were brushed off without any real accountability.

Overall, this was an overpriced, unsafe, and poorly executed job made worse by careless communication and a lack of accountability. Strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

The service here was overpriced and poorly done. Communication was unprofessional from the start, and instead of helping me understand the process, I was pressured to pay upfront even though my insurance was supposed to handle it. The whole experience felt stressful and unsettling. I expected better from a company that advertises professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless major changes are made to how customers are treated.

I hired ServPro to do a rebuild on my condo bathroom after a major leak from above.

John Brandao was the main contractor and he was *excellent*. I am used to contractors being non-responsive and delayed - he was the opposite. He ALWAYS responded and there was never a single delay. I had a timeline because my tenant was living out of a hotel, and John worked with that timeline and achieved every goal. The work looked great too. Anything I asked for, he did, and he provided advice when I was not prepared to make certain decisions.

I would absolutely work with him again. Honestly a pleasure and I was lucky he managed this for me.
