Reviews of local pros in Cambridge, Massachusetts

I contacted Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning to refresh a sectional and ottoman that had definitely seen better days, with water marks and some marker stains. I spoke with Theodore, who answered all my questions and provided detailed information about the carpet cleaning process, along with a clear price breakdown for each piece and the total cost. On the day of the cleaning, I received a call from Miguel around 7:15, informing me they'd arrive between 8:00 and 9:00. They arrived promptly at 8:15, which I appreciated. Both Miguel and Theodore were very professional and helpful. They explained the cleaning process and set my expectations perfectly. I was already impressed, but they exceeded my hopes by a long shot! The sectional and ottoman now look almost brand new, and I loved how they kept me updated on their work throughout the process. Our friends and family have been amazed at how great the furniture looks. They worked hard on the tough stains and it really paid off. The sofa and loveseat also look incredible. I absolutely recommend Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning. Their prices are very competitive, and for the outstanding quality of work they provided, I think it’s a great value!

I reached out to Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning to get our carpets and upholstery cleaned quickly while the kids were out of the house. It was quite a challenge with a large sectional, two chairs, two big area rugs, three bedrooms, and our finished basement. I was pleasantly surprised when Jorge arrived for a walkthrough just an hour after my call! He provided an estimate right away and scheduled the cleaning for the very next morning. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and he did an AMAZING job! My home now smells fresh, and the carpets and upholstery look stunning. Plus, the final cost was even a bit less than the quote. It’s great to support a local small business instead of a big chain. I will definitely reach out to them again. They also offer roof and siding cleaning, as well as Christmas lighting services!

I have been using Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning for a long time. Recently, they cleaned all the carpets in my home along with a significant portion of our upholstered furniture. The total cost was over $700. Overall, they did a great job, although I noticed a few spots that needed a little extra attention. When I reached out to ask if they could come back, Miguel was very understanding and professional, quickly setting up an appointment for me, even though they were busy. The technician, Theodore, arrived and did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, informative, and very thorough. He even managed to remove several stains from our couches that had been there for over two years, which other cleaners couldn't tackle! I truly appreciate his hard work, attention to detail, and positive attitude.

Last week, a sewage line backed up into my basement. Roger from Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning arrived early the next day to check out the problem. In less than an hour, a team was there starting the carpet cleaning and getting everything cleaned up. Fans and dehumidifiers were delivered and set up that same day. The crew worked hard all weekend to help us get things back to normal. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and really put in the effort. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service.

We recently purchased a home, and I had my carpets cleaned. Ayden arrived right on time and was very professional, explaining the entire process to me. He also mentioned that the cleaner used is pet safe, which is great since we have a bird. The carpet cleaning process was incredibly easy, and the fresh smell is fantastic! If anyone is considering carpet cleaning or any other floor services, this is definitely the option to choose! My carpets look brand new!

We had Jorge and his team come to clean our carpets, and they did a fantastic job! They were quick, efficient, and showed great respect for our home. They managed to remove several stains, including a coffee stain that faded significantly. Our carpets look amazing and smell wonderful! I truly believe you'll be in excellent hands with a professional carpet cleaning service like this. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are highly professional. It's the perfect time for some spring cleaning, so don't hesitate to reach out!

updating my review to 4 stars since the company took care of my concern and made sure everything was resolved. the team in cambridge really seems to care about their customers and wants to do a good job. i want to be helpful with my feedback. previously, i had a less than perfect experience with another cleaning service, but my past carpet cleaning appointments with this company have always gone well. the owner is making a real effort to handle the challenges of finding good workers, which is something many local businesses are facing these days. i appreciate how hard they are working to keep up good service, especially after everything we've all been through. overall, i recommend them for carpet cleaning if you’re in cambridge.

this was the first time we used a professional carpet cleaning service. booking the appointment was easy and smooth. the technician, leonard, called ahead to let me know he was coming and showed up right on time. our carpets look fantastic now! i have two shih tzus, so keeping carpets fresh can be tough, but leonard got them looking almost brand new. even the area rugs and the stairs look great, and he managed to get rid of some tough stains. leonard was very friendly and worked professionally the whole time. the price was fair, and i even paid less than what i was first told. i’m definitely planning to use this carpet cleaning company again!

I am really pleased with the service and results from Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning. They were one of the top recommended carpet cleaners in Cambridge. I reached out to several companies, and they offered the best price and were available when I needed them. The technicians came and cleaned the carpets in my 3-bedroom apartment, along with upholstery and area rugs. They were thorough, truly dedicated to doing a great job, and a joy to have in my home. Even my curious terrier was calm with them around! Plus, they use organic cleaners for the carpets and a different cleaner for the furniture. I would definitely choose them again.

This carpet cleaning service is AMAZING! I highly recommend them. I called with an urgent carpet problem in the morning, and they fit me in on the same day! My carpet looks brand new. Instead of sending just anyone, Miguel and Ayden arrived and took care of everything themselves. They were careful, on time, and kept me updated the whole time. I was given a one-hour arrival window, and Miguel called when he was on the way. The prices were clear and up front with no hidden fees. Before starting, they protected all the walls and any area the hoses might touch. They really put in extra effort to do a great job.

ayden came to clean my carpets today, he arrived early, had a friendly attitude, and was ready to get the job done. not only did he know a lot about the cleaning products and how to use them, but he also chatted while working, which made the whole process more pleasant. my carpets look even better now than when i moved in, and i will definitely tell others about best cambridge carpet cleaning if they need carpet or rug cleaning. the quote was $0.35 per square foot for the cleaned area, so it's good to have about $125 ready. i was really happy with the service.

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and service provided by Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning, who cleaned three area rugs and all our carpets. From the detailed quote provided by Theodore to the outstanding cleaning done by Miguel and Leonard, everyone was friendly and explained the whole process before starting. They even went over a couple of stubborn spots again to make sure everything was as spotless as possible after many years without cleaning. The price was very fair, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive hand-written thank you notes both when we booked and after the job was finished. It’s rare to find that kind of thoughtful touch these days. You can trust them to do a great job.

My cream colored carpets are around 15 years old, and after pet sitting a dog for a month, there were several accidents on the carpet even though we tried to take the dog outside often. When we moved the furniture, we realized the stains and dirt were worse than we expected. We decided to call a carpet cleaning service that a friend had recommended, and Miguel came to help us out. Miguel was very careful and thorough with cleaning our rugs. He used a special solution that doesn’t have any soap in it, so there’s no sticky residue left behind to attract more dirt later. The carpets look almost brand new now, which is amazing considering their age. They also offer a spot cleaner, which is really handy for quick clean-ups in the future. We were so happy with the results that we’re planning to have Miguel clean the linoleum floors at my workplace too. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone looking for reliable and professional results.

I was so glad to find someone who could handle my special carpet cleaning needs! I bought a beautiful Moroccan rug that was vegetable dyed, and a couple of other local cleaners said my best option was hand cleaning so the colors wouldn’t run and turn the white areas pink. That would have cost me double the usual price. While I was trying to decide, I put the rug in storage—unfortunately, some rats got to it. It was a mess! At that point, I knew regular hand cleaning wouldn’t do the trick, so I needed real professionals. Roger took care of everything. His carpet cleaning process kept the colors bright without any dye running, and he also got rid of all the rat stains and smells. Now my rug looks beautiful and smells fresh! Roger was very communicative and professional, the service was quick and efficient, and shipping was simple. He even shared a video of the cleaning process, which was really neat to watch. I’m so happy to have my rug looking great again!

Miguel, my technician, was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He really represented the company well. I have had several of my properties and my own home carpets cleaned by this service, and I've always been happy with the results. The prices are reasonable, especially when using online coupons. Their communication and reliability are excellent. I also appreciated the text message with a real-time link to track the technician’s arrival time—it was very accurate. Most importantly, my carpets came out spotless and fresh. 5 stars!

I had my nearly white fabric sectional cleaned by this company in Cambridge. The team, including Jorge, was very professional and arrived right on time. They explained the carpet and upholstery cleaning process clearly and took care with my furniture. My sectional ended up looking much fresher and brighter after the cleaning. Even though it took a bit longer to dry than expected, the results were great, and my cushions look cleaner with no stains left behind. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning in Cambridge.

I needed my white carpet cleaned, and since it's both light in color and expensive, I wanted someone with real expertise. After searching online, I came across Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning, which had great reviews, so I gave them a call. Theodore was very friendly and professional when I spoke with him, and he even came out to give me an estimate and clean the carpet on the same day. The results were fantastic! There were a few stubborn stains I didn't think would come out, but Theodore worked wonders and got them out completely. I was really impressed with the advanced equipment and special cleaning solutions used to remove all the dirt and marks. The whole team was focused and professional, and I felt confident leaving my carpet in their hands. If you’re looking for professional carpet cleaning in Cambridge, I definitely recommend this company – you won’t be disappointed!

i'm very happy with the carpet cleaning service we received. roger was super helpful over the phone and answered all my questions about the cleaning process. ayden showed up on time in cambridge and did a fantastic job making our carpets look fresh and spotless. they called us an hour before arriving and also confirmed our appointment the day before, which was really convenient. i appreciate that they use products that are safe for babies and pets, since we have both at home. they were very professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. we just had them come back for another cleaning and we’re still extremely satisfied with their work. definitely the only company i trust for carpet cleaning!

This was my second or third time using Best Cambridge Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning in my home. When my portable AC leaked and caused some water to soak into my carpets, I reached out to them for help. Roger was able to come out the same day, bringing fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the floors and carpets quickly. Luckily, the water issue wasn’t too serious. While they were here, I also had them do a full carpet cleaning throughout the house and add a carpet protectant to the upstairs and stairway. They gave me a nice discount for bundling the services. Ayden cleaned the stairway, hallway, four bedrooms, and a bonus room, and did a really thorough job. I appreciated the friendly and professional service. A couple of days later, they came back to pick up the drying equipment. Overall, everything looked and smelled great, and I’m happy with the results.

Here is your revised review, following all instructions: --- Updated with third review: Outstanding service as always. Roger did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He was quick and managed to remove all the stains. He was friendly and truly skilled at his work! We will keep using this company for our regular carpet cleaning maintenance. Updated second review: This is our second time using this company to clean our carpets, area rug, and dining room chair cushions. We are very pleased with the results Roger achieved on our carpets! Our stairs had tough, heavy-traffic stains, and he was able to get them out completely. The area rug looked brand new after he finished cleaning it. Even the dining chairs, which had some difficult stains, came out looking great—much better than the last cleaning service managed. Roger did a wonderful job on every part of the cleaning. Everything looks fantastic! Roger was professional throughout the process and very knowledgeable. We were truly amazed at how clean everything came out. Roger really knows his stuff! We will definitely be asking for Roger for all our future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. This company is now our first choice for cleaning services!

Leonard did an outstanding job! I live in an apartment complex and my carpets aren’t high-end, so getting rid of heavy traffic spots is tough. Leonard went above and beyond to make my carpets look as clean as possible. They look so much better now—about 85% cleaner, which is a big improvement for basic apartment carpets! The service was excellent. Leonard took his time and really wanted everything to look perfect. Even the entryway, which gets a lot of foot traffic, looks much better now. The rest of the carpet looks ten times better than before. I’m very happy with the results and the great carpet cleaning service I received.
