Technician Bryan performed the annual maintenance on our generator including installation of a new buttery and updated the electronic components as well. He explained everything he would be doing. Performed a shut down test and reviewed all the tasks that he performed. Great company to deal with.

FM Generator replaced an old GE FORTRESS system for me with a Generac whole house generator. I live in a flood zone and the generator is mounted off my elevated deck (10ft high). Most companies fled once they saw where it had ti go - but not these guys! They even sured up the surface of the platform I had to make it more attractive. The men who worked on it were very professional and fast - and their office staff were amazing as well with quick follow up to all my questions, not to mention super friendly. I cannot recommend Fm Generator enough. Having had ongoing issues with a generator that was recently installed by another company who have been completely unhelpful and unresponsive, Dave Walsh and his team have stepped up and have been without exception both professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend FM Generator to anyone. A technician (Derek) came to our house this morning to fix our generator. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and fixed the issue. We previously worked with another company and our experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. It was refreshing to work with a company that obviously prides themselves in excellent communication and professionalism. We communicated with Donna a number of times and she was responsive, clear in her communication and friendly. You can't go wrong with FM Generator! We are so glad that we hired them and we will be moving forward with a yearly maintenance plan with them.

I had an issue with my generator not self testing after I had extensive electrical work done in y house. I called FM and David Walsh very patiently talked me through exactly what to do! I would recommend them for all your generator needs!

Super Team - recommend FM Generator to manage and install the right generator for your house. Great consultants, electricians and plumbers. All highly knowledgeable and personable, explaining everything very clearly throughout the process.

FM Generator has always been on top of my maintenance and getting it scheduled on time. Jerry took care of that. He had to deal with my many calls, and he handled them like a champ.

As far as maintenance, Brian top notch. He was right on top of the work that needed to be done, keeping me educated on what the next step would be. He was very pleasant to work with. I felt confident the system would be running better after he was done with it.

We bought our home four years ago and it had a generator in place serviced by FM Generator so we kept them on as our preferred repair service. We pay a set price every year, which gives us one full service in the fall and priority listing in the event of an outage, and the generator will not start

Two weeks to create an account.
Cannot buy parts without one.
Company is trash.

They only will sell to you if you have an account. This must be a new policy, because I have purchased from them in the past without an account. I am a licensed electrician and have a constant need for supplies. I went into the sales counter at 55 Shawmut Ave and was turned away. I was told that they are only after million dollar projects.

So if you need to purchase a million dollars worth if electrical supplies, these are your guys. If you need anything less than that, don't waste your time.

Called to inquire about pricing and availability on some items. I was asked if I had an account, I told them no but if their quote was reasonable I would open an account. Was rudely told, "You can't speak to anyone unless you have an account." I guess a 500
unit apartment building isn't the type of business they want. Glad business is so good there is no need for new customers. Called EW (Electrical Wholesalers) instead and they were more than helpful.

We had a very Positive experience with Edward Flagg Electrical. He arrived on time , was very knowledgeable abd easy to deal with. We would highly Recommend him! 2 Thumbs Up!
