Great company! Quality of their work is excellent.They have done several jobs for my company. Northeast Mechanical is a big company and would not judge them by a single driving incident, that would be fool hardy!

Staff was extremely welcoming and facility was state of the art. With attention to detail they were able to assure that we had what we needed to complete the task at hand.

Never did business with this place , but I did get almost ran over by a white pick up truck with Northeastern Mechanical Inc plates [ P32513 MA ] labeled on the side. Doesn't surprise me the bad feedback on here . I would never consider this place , and I need HVAC support today for my new home . Hope this business crashes and burns. Back in July I got into an accident with one of their drivers, exchanged info and filed a claim. Yet here we are about to start a new year and they keep telling my insurance they will get back to them. I called and coincidentally the main person who I can speak to was at lunch and would give me a call back, that was in October! Big company and can’t get back to a person whose car your driver damaged!!

Early this morning we had a pipe burst in the wall of our apartment- this was a catastrophic experience, but Steve from NE Mechanical was AMAZING. Truly our hero. Despite multiple set backs, Steve spent hours with us working with JJ from Patriot Plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They even worked hard to clean up after themselves. Truly the best guys.

Steve from northeastern mechanical is fantastic, kind, and the best. We had a pipe burst at 3am saturday mornijg in our apartment . He showed up ready to work with no complaints and always was in a good mood. He spent hours working with JJ from patriot plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They clearly were knowledgeable about how to fix issues, worked efficiently, and took care in their repair. They even fully cleaned the space they worked in; vaccumed the floors, sprayed down the countertops, and mopped up all the water and floors to be clean. Truly the best guys.

I have a commercial print shop that was in desperate need of additional air conditioning. I found C T Y HVAC and decided to give them a try. The process was quick and straightforward. Can’t deny they are all pros!

Called this place for a furnace repair quote. Got put through to some very rude middle man dispatcher. They basically are data mining your information. When I asked for details and a price estimate about what I actually wanted done they hung up. DO NOT USE, my opinion, just shady middle men to connect you with an HVAC tech, get a commission and mine your data.

Scheduled an appointment back in May and they’ve cancelled and rescheduled it 3 times by calling the night before. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t gotten anyone out to service the AC.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Green Energy. They show up within the time frame they schedule you for, lay out your options, and just get to work. Most recently, had to have the water heater replaced. Jhoshua came in and handled it in a few hours all by himself. He was professional, down to earth and did a great job. Highly recommend them.
