This team has been able to provide quality service and a technician within an hour of my call. I have called them multiple times with furnace and plumbing problems. Michael was professional and personable. I had a problem with my kitchen drain that turned out to be much more difficult than I expected. The staff at the office is friendly and helpful.

Zach was able to fix my problem within two hours after I called for a price that was very reasonable. In the process, he taught me about my HVAC system. I appreciated how honest and open he was, and would recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC services.

He came to my house and got my AC going again. He told me what I could do to minimize the possibility of this happening again, and he showed me everything he did. P&G Commercial Heating Cooling has a good reputation. They are professional, and give you advice on how to prolong the life of your heater and air conditioner. They have never tried to steer me wrong or try to sell something I didn't need. Prestigious company. They are a great company! !

Edgar was hired to perform routine heating maintenance at a rental house. The tenants praised him for his professionalism and friendliness. He was described by the tenants as friendly and efficient. Apex Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job installing our humidifier. This included rerouting the gas, a brand new venting system, rework on electrical, and rerouting the gas. The installation looks fantastic and you can tell the team took their time to do everything right. As with some other things, it would have been nice to do this sooner. Well done, guys.

We were able a get someone on site the day it stopped working. Taylor was excellent. Very well-informed. Explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He is an honest, polite, and respectful guy. Would recommend. Next time we will request him.

In addition to other ratings, I picked the ones that were closest to me. Dennis initially went to troubleshoot my heater, but he also inspected my entire system. Dennis noticed several issues. Although I did not think about it, I bought a brand new system to keep my family safe. I went with the premium set-up because I knew what I needed if I were going to purchase a system. It didn't make sense to choose a lower quality setup, especially when family and health is important. Even though I have no regrets about the purchase, you should do some research. While I have no regrets with the purchase, it is important to do your research. They started the work immediately after I approved it and they had the new equipment in the house within half a day. After that, the furnace took 2 days and the air conditioner 1 day. Total 4.5 work days (including duct cleaning), but I've noticed a noticeable difference in my old to the new system. The technicians were professional and prompt, and they did a fantastic job. One minor exception. I didn't like how they handled the attic change because it required a larger area to accommodate the new equipment. But they tried their best to fix it. If you are looking for a replacement system or require repairs, this is the place to go.

Tom is awesome! I spoke with five other companies before choosing this one. Tom is very friendly, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and ductwork. He did an amazing job installing a brand-new system in my house and customizing things along with it. I can't say enough about his quality installation and time spent in consultation. McNulty and Bedard plumbing and heating is a great local company for residential plumbing. I recommend them for water heater replacements or HVAC jobs large and small. Highly recommend

About two years ago, we had been referred to Bedard & McNulty by another local HVAC company as we needed someone who could work on a propane boiler. When the appointment for the service was made, I also said that we had several small plumbing jobs in our home we would like quoted when they were there for the boiler tune up. The appointment for the boiler tune up was timely and went great. It took over a month and a follow up phone call on getting the quote for the additional plumbing work needed after being told we would get the quote within a couple days. After we agreed to the work an appointment was set up. We were told it would take a day. They arrived early in the AM and worked until after 8PM. Around 6PM they said they could come back the next day or stay to get it done. I just wanted the work done. By 8PM, they realized they still would not be able to get everything done and still had to return. I knew all the work was not going to get done in one day.

Recently, we had a small pinhole leak in one of our water pipes. My husband had scheduled an appointment for someone to come by in the morning to take a look and give a quote. 45 minutes after the time they said they would arrive, my husband called and was given the "an emergency call came up" and they would come by that day in the evening. They arrived that evening, looked at the pipe, gave a quote and waived the service fee for the hassle of the no call no show that morning. My husband had scheduled for Bedard & McNulty to come today, he was told they would arrive at noon. He received a call letting him know they were running a little late and would be there by 1:30. A little after 3pm, my husband called as they were still a no call no show. He relieved a call back full of apologies and that they had a job that turned out to be bigger. My husband said to just forget it. He took the day off of work for this job to be done.

At this point, we are going elsewhere. For 50 years experience, it's very clear that this company doesn't know how to estimate the time needed for jobs and can't even communicate with their clients.

Big shout out to Morris Mechanical! We have been using them for a few years now. They came to our business on a super hot day to get our air conditioner going to keep our equipment and our employees cool! We would highly recommend!
