Doesn't seem to want new customers. On call guy seemed to be a furnace guy not an AC guy, which seems odd for summer time...

I called when my heat went out and they arrived within 40 minutes and quickly got it up and running.

I'm new to oil heat ,this year I e paid around 1,000$ for oil with service being great.until the one time I had to get assistance and once I got approved it was just total attitude rushing me off the phone with no answer to my question.i will not be recommending them to anyone.lesson learned if your not paying cash you don't matter

I went away for the night not realizing I was out of oil. I came home to a cold house and immediately called Whitney’s emergency line. In LESS than an hour the gentleman was at my house and my heat was back on!

When our heat went out they were very responsive and helpful over the phone. They had a technician over to fix the problem within a few hours. Can't recommend them enough.

I was referred to this company by another plumber and was told that they do great work I honestly could not tell you if they do great work or not because they refuse to call me back on two separate days I called got a receptionist was promised a call to schedule work to be done and never got a call back this company clearly is too busy to provide good service if you are looking for good service I would recommend looking for a company that wants it.

They where able to schedule an appointment with me quickly and got the job done for less money than I was expecting to pay. Would certainly recommend to anyone in or around Clinton.

Well I'm a brand new landlord and my tenant let me know that the heat was not working, so I was very concerned being that this is the coldest weather we have had this winter. I was referred to Whitney Brothers by 2 people and I called them first thing in the morning on the emergence number and they picked right up and told me they were not sure but they would do the best they could. Well at 8:27 am they called me from the building they were already there. What a relief they did a great job and by 11:00 or so the heat was working great. You really couldn't possibly ask for anything better. Obviously I have no problem referring them. Sandi Manteiga :)

Quick, courteous service. Our friendly technician Tim came out the same day we called and made a quick repair to our central air unit with a capacitor stocked in his truck.

Got put on a list for a plumbing job. No return phone calls. Called multiple times and they said they would get to it. When they finally showed up, they didn't have the tool necessary to open a a shower drain. Said they'd have to order it, never came back or returned my phone calls. Months later, no word. Poor service all around.

Barry and his employees are prompt, reliable, and professional. A+ on communication as well. Great company. I highly recommend them for furnace service and repair.
