Needed service on our boiler, and Whitney really came through for us. The technician was courteous and professional, and explained everything to me as he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I took notes and I'm confident that I understand know how the boiler works and what to look for if it acts up again. The tech did a great job, and it's now working perfectly. Thank you!

had someone from your company come by and hook up our gas for a new stove. I believe his name was Eddie. Overall took him about 10 mins very fast and efficient. Knew what he was doing and very polite. Didn’t leave any mess and overall great experience.

We've been Whitney oil customers for 16 years now, at two houses -- got our fillup today and reflected on how happy we've been with them. Aside from oil and tuneups, over the years they've replaced a furnace for us, a couple of oil tanks, and innumerable parts and pieces. At one point I was working on an estate outside their service area and the oil company out there was a baffling maze of bureaucracy; after a couple weeks of that I sent an email to Whitney, and within 24 hours Barry had a tech out fixing the problem. I knew my furnace was on borrowed time, as new home owners no one tells you about importance of getting furnaces serviced. Lived in our 1950's home for 10 years and knew we needed a new furnace soon. I heard great things from Whitney Bros from reliable sources. I called just to get it looked at, not being current customers I wasn't sure where I stood in priority, but Barry called me back right away, within a week he was at my house checking out my furnace. He was honest, knowledgable, kind and let me know that my furnace did indeed need to be replaced. He sent someone over the next day to take another look and service it to see if we could run it. It was determined officially we needed a new one and couldn't safely run the current one we had. Less than a week later I had a new furnace installed. The 2 men who came to my house to replace it were kind, respectful, and overall great. The worked efficiently and left no mess and remembered to lock the bulked door and shut the gates upon leaving. I am thankful for Barry and his team for being proactive, attentive, and helpful when it came to something so important. We are in line for other work we need done and will be using Whitney Bros for our AC, water heater and eventually new oil tank.

I recently had an urgent situation with a listing — the A/C went out during a hot spell just as we were preparing to put the home on the market. I called Whitney and spoke with Alex, who was incredibly responsive and sent a technician out the same day. Although the issue wasn’t resolved on the first visit, they didn’t give up. The team continued troubleshooting with me, and they sent another technician who diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 minutes!

Their professionalism, responsiveness, and respect for both myself and my clients were outstanding. Whitney has absolutely earned my trust, and they will be my go-to HVAC company for any of my clients moving forward.

I recently had an emergency with my Heating system. I called Monroe Heating and Plumbing. The wonderful ladies I spoke to assured me they would come help me out. I'm severely disabled veteran oxygen dependent and I need heat and hot water. Glad I called Monroe Heating and Plumbing. They were right on time. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again

They did a fantastic job with my new furnace install. Super fast to respond and came on a Saturday to do the job. They showed up at 7:30 am on time and were completed by 1pm That included the removal of the old furnace. They were neat & professional. They actually left the basement and patio area cleaner than when they arrived. They were informative and took time to answer all our questions. Their pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend them & definitely higher them again!

The first was to replace my water heater and kitchen faucet. This visit was for yearly maintenance, I am extremely pleased with the cost for both visits. Looking forward to a long term relationship.

Called at 11:15am on Sunday for emergency toilet leak. Was told no problem a technician would be in touch shortly. Called again at 1:45pm and was told they would get in touch technician and have him call with eta. This now 6:45pm on Wednesday and still waiting for eta. Would not recommend them for any work never mind for emergency service. Should not advertise open 24 hours if you are going to ignore people. Glad I called someone else I would be awfully tired of going to the gas station down the street to use the bathroom for 4 days. Emergency service my a..!! I apologize if this wasn’t your company but this was the name I had written down and I thought that was the number I called. If it wasn’t you again I apologize

Great experience with Monroe Home Solutions; did an A/C maintenance in advance of the summer. Tech was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Wonderful experience and a fair price, would definitely recommend!

This was the first time I used their services. They did a great job. They had a Time allotment. They came in time. They figured out the problem, bought the part and repaired the issue. Prices are fair and I would recommend and would use again. My hot water is working again.

Amazing service! We had a cast iron pipe that had cracked a few feet from the upstairs bathroom down into the basement and had it replaced in a few hours with a pvc pipe. Very satisfied with the quick and professional work that was done.

After the recent heavy rains we decided it may be good to have our sump cleaned and restored. Monroe Home Solutions sent two men to examine our sump, house is over 60 years old. Plumber came examined and saw no issues that needed fixed. Checked the pump, the hole, excellent exam, and then charged us nothing. Replaced a tired toilet with a new Kohler. Also repaired another toilet with new parts. Excellent job, as usual. Monroe replaced my central air conditioning two years ago, excellent job then also. I found a great company I'll stick with.

We had Monroe on a previous occasion and we're very satisfied so we called them again. Very responsive. We didn't have an emergency but they were here within the hour and took care of our principal problem and a couple other details while they were here. Hopefully we'll never need plumbing help again but if we do they will be the first we call.

Nearly impossible to get a call back from office on status of job. Called over 10 times requesting update and although assured by customer service team that office would call back as soon as possible, 9 out of 10 times did not receive a response
