I had this electrician, Paul, come out to install my smart thermostat. He was on time and very professional and knows what he’s doing. Got the job done in no time. He’s a nice guy to talk to also! I definitely would recommend Them!

Patriot Electric finished a complete re-wiring of our 140 year old house in February of this year. Josh - the owner - was unable to give me a firm price estimate on the job, due to the age of the house and the possibility of unforeseen problems doing the job. We agreed to proceed on the basis of "Time and Materials." The workhorse of the company, Paul, came and got right to work. He is a competent professional and while the price per hour was not cheap, he really worked hard and did a great job. Intrusion was minimal, cleanup done well, and he solved all the problems that typically arise in a job like this. The price came in a little higher than Josh's original "ballpark figure" but we added a few things as we went along and really, it was pretty close. If we need an electrician again for anything, we would not even shop around. These are my guys now. I only gave four stars - instead of five - so you would believe me!

Great experience with Aaron with Patriot. Arrived on time, happy to answer any questions and finished all tasks with ease. We also felt that the prices were reasonable and we found the general customer service to be super responsive. Thx Patriot !

We had 6 recessed lights installed with very minimal marks on our ceiling. Earl was great. He got the supplies he needed to do the project and didn't take a break until he was finished. He was also really easy to have around the house. Highly recommend.

As usual, Paul and his very able assistant did an outstanding job, especially working in less than accommodating conditions--windy and cold--all without complaint and without sacrificing any efficiency. Patriot Electric continues to be reliable and professional and we couldn't be happier, especially with Paul and his very easy, incredibly cooperative demeanor. He's a find!

Patriot performs consistently high quality work for a good price, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Today I called Patriot for an emergency job and they had Paul out the same day, charged a fair price, and did the job right. Paul is the man.

Aaron installed several Smart Light Switches, added two new outlets to our office and replaced the light bulbs in my overhead light fixtures with the proper ones for enclosed fixtures. Aaron did a great job! He is a total professional and easy to work with, too. I highly recommend Patriot Electric!!

They never replied back. When I called them, they put me on hold and disconnected the call.

Repeat customer. Pete replaced my hot water heater after a basement flood took out my old one - very professional, and did the job quickly.

Pete and his crew were excellent at there jobs. As well as always on time. With constant notifications and scheduling from Sandra in the office.

The 2 guys were good. Didn't mind me watching and questioning. I asked about a well pipe and they called in Pete, who fixed it up. I have also used them to fix a rental for me. I will use them again.

I had an error code on a Rene tankless water heater occur which caused cold water, this was an error code 10, which one I looked it up, said an obstruction in the airflow, when the plumber showed up with his assistant, I told him the error code, he kept insisting that it was the igniter, and he replaced it, he did a backflush maintenance which was required, almost $1000 bill, two days later at the same error code and Coldwater, so then thousand dollar bill did no good, it was misdiagnosed , I’m moving onto someone else

I can’t say enough about how great Pete and Sandra are to work with. We started a project to remodel our kitchen in Fall 2020. Not only were they incredibly responsive when we needed them, they worked with our other trades with ease coordinating what we needed during a stressful renovation. Pete also helped identify a few areas we weren’t aware of in our basement that could have led to big problems down the road - he fixed them before we had issues which we so appreciated. If you are looking for a really great, family owned plumbing and heating company that you will actually enjoy working with and having in your home - this is the company to go with. They get what great customer service is about and have an experienced, trusted approach to their work. We will not use anyone else!

Installed farmhouse sink and bar sink - vented to code through our roof in an aesthetically pleasing way that did not interfere with the look of our house.

We will be hiring Pete’s Plumbing and Heating to help us our with bringing gas to our backyard fireplace/grill in the spring and installing a smart water filtration system. When we are ready for new bathrooms we will be calling them too! Thank you Pete and Sandra!!!

We began using Pete's Plumbing shortly after moving into our house twenty-two years ago. I worked in the trades for about ten years after college, and I've experienced many plumbing companies. Pete's is the only company I'll call for my family home because they've always provided professional, on-time service. Pete doesn't make it out to our house in person as much as his company has grown, but his employees have all provided a high level of service.

Pete's plumbing came to the rescue this week in helping us replace a broken dishwasher in a rental property and they did so in record time. In total they came three times, ones to assess the situation, once to disconnect and once to install the new dishwasher. They were extremely kind and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to refer them to my friends and family. Our tenants were very happy with their work and with their new dishwasher.

Great operation. I'm writing from a small, independent grocery store down the road. We've used Pete for stuff as simple as toilet keeps running; as complicated as some of the piping in our commercial kitchen. The one guy, and on weekends his wife answers the phone. Never hasn't been prompt, courteous, and professional.

Project was to move an easily accessible toilet water line approximately 6 inches. They gave me a quote for $990. I sent detailed photos showing how easily accessible both sides of the wall were to ensure they were quoting the right job. After more than a month with no response, they finally confirmed that the $990 was their price. I had it done for $200 with a different plumber. I would not recommend them both for price and lack of customer service / responsiveness.

The HVAC team was very responsive, friendly, and clearly knew a lot about my AC system. It was great working with them. Thanks to their careful and detailed inspection, I didn’t have to buy a brand new unit. They also offered helpful tips on how to keep my system running well and showed me what I could do myself. As a new homeowner in Concord, I really valued their honest approach and clear explanations about the whole process and costs. I’m glad someone recommended them to me, and I will definitely suggest them to anyone who needs help with heating or cooling. Their inspection and service prices are some of the best I’ve seen. Unlike other companies that push you to buy yearly maintenance plans right away, they focus on what you actually need.

We have depended on ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric for years to handle our spring and fall maintenance checks on our HVAC systems, always receiving excellent service and helpful advice on keeping everything running smoothly. Recently, as we were getting ready to move in Concord, Theodore and Javier came out when our air conditioning unit stopped working right before our home inspection. The team worked hard to track down the unusual issue and fixed it quickly, which was a huge relief. They even discovered the faulty part was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, saving us a good amount of money. The care and dedication shown by the staff really made a difference for us.

I'm not easily impressed, but when a professional goes above and beyond, they deserve recognition. I want to give a special mention for the outstanding heater repair service I received in my Concord home. I called ThermaCare Heating, Air & Electric for an estimate on repairing two heaters in my two-story house. Bruce came out to assess the situation and provided a quote that was a little higher than my budget, but he worked with me to make it affordable and get my heaters running perfectly. I was very happy with Bruce and the excellent job the team did. The whole process was handled smoothly, and I appreciated the honesty and care shown throughout. I can't recommend this team enough!
