I called in an emergency situation and they had a technician there within an hour. His name was Ervis C. He saw the problem immediately fixed what he could at that moment so we could turn the water back on in the house. And he came back the next morning and had the entire thing fixed and cleaned up in record time. He was polite, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this company and if you get Ervis you are extremely lucky. Thank you so much.

I had a single water shut-off valve replaced under my kitchen sink. The job took about 15 minutes, but I was charged $732.24. This is far above the typical local cost (usually $150–$300). While the plumber was on time and the work was done quickly, the pricing was not clearly explained and feels excessive. I recommend confirming all costs upfront before hiring.

Ryan and Alex did a great job in repairing leaking water meter connection, they also installed a garden hose spigot with an additional ball valve to shut the water off in case the spigot is leaking after prolonged usage.

I am very happy with their professional plumbing service.

Moreover, their company offers Emergency Service, which is very helpful if the repairing job is urgent.

Tom is the best at what he does! He was very knowledgeable and fast! His work is very neat and clean! he was very comfortable with communicating and explaining everything very thoroughly exactly what he was gonna do plus, he is one of the most funniest tech technician I ever met! I would recommend him to all my friends ❤️all the homeowners that I know! you will never regret reaching out to them. They come out very fast give you a quote and was very realistic with no hidden agenda. I myself know exactly what to say and called if any issue comes up in the future. “Hey Manny send me Tom!” Lol

Ryan D was awesome and my wife and I can’t say enough good things about his work and our experience. Ryan was very professional, friendly, informative, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He explained our options to us in a clear and concise manner that made our decision very simple. He made sure we knew how to both purchase replacement filters in the future and how to actually replace them. Raul was very informative and knowledgeable about the unit needing repairs. Polite, friendly, and goes out of his way to make the customer feel comfortable in their final decision on what to do. Works diligently and in a timely manner. When the project is done, he gave us a walk through to show what he had done and what to do in the future. Raul did a great job today. The work was efficient and looks great. He replaced some parts for the shower, including adding an access panel from the wall behind the shower. I highly recommend you save your money and time. I came back from a Christmas trip with no heat on the weekend. Since I am mechanically inclined, I figured out what the issue was and knew what part needed to be replaced but it wouldnt have arrived for 3-5 days. I called superservice and when they called me back, I told the dispatcher exactly the part I needed so that if they had it, they could install it that day so we can get heat for my family established immediately.

They sent out a technician and the first thing I asked him was if he had the part. He responded that he had no spare parts. Off to a bad start. He then proceeded to do a “diagnostic check” of the system and after all that, told me what I already knew. He then wrote up 3 estimates that he called good, better and best which varied from over $1000 to over $4000 and told me that one of the problems was the wrong exhaust piping was used for our furnace (although it was standard PVC piping for all high efficiency furnaces that was installed by the professional HVAC company when the house was built less than 10 years prior) and added all this BS that I knew was BS because I have some HVAC engineering background.

I then had to pay Superservice hundreds of dollars for wasting my time. Since, I got the part that I needed to wait for, installed it, and my furnace has been running just fine.

They have a money making scheme that is built upon sending “technicians” to do a diagnostic and maintenance to charge you money and write you outrageous proposals to farm out to their contractors to make even more money. It is a scam. Pls avoid these emergency service providers and go straight to a local HVAC contractor.

I am so impressed and extremely happy with Super Service Today. Super Service team installed brand new sewer in our street when other contractor say they can’t do it because is a tough job to do but the magical company (Super Service Today) came out and promised us that they gonna make sure we get sewer thanks to the Owner and Tito to make this happen. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Charles work… He did a great job. He was neat and clean personally as well as before he left this my house he made sure everything was cleaned up and then his place.. I would recommend this Service man to all my friends and obviously as well as your company. I couldn’t be more satisfied than I feel right now. We lost heat after getting 18+ inches of snow. Having a toddler at home we needed someone out fast. Jose B showed up within an hour of us calling and was extremely thorough. He got the heat back up and running and explained everything in detail. Best part he was so respectful of keeping his boots covered so he wasn’t tracking wet snow and dirt all over my house.

Six years ago they sent a technician out to fix the thermocouple in my water heater, but he didn’t bring a single tool into my house or attempt to replace the part. He was at my home for 1.5 hours, but most of that time he was sitting in his van. He told me
my water heater “isn’t a common manufacturer” (not true) and that he wasn’t confident he could get the correct thermocouple because they’re not universal. He said he could give it a try for ~$600 but couldn’t guarantee it would work… and then immediately tried to sell me on an $11,000 water heater replacement.

I declined, paid a ~$300 service call fee for a diagnosis he never did, and sent him on his way. Later that day, I bought a universal thermocouple at a local hardware store for under $15 and replaced it myself in less than an hour. Again, I’m not a plumber, and I fixed it in less time than the tech sat in his van. Six years later and the water heater is still working.

I tried reaching out to Super Service Today multiple times afterward and no one returned my calls/voicemails.

The only reason I’m sharing this today is because they’re sending me AI generated texts. Several times I’ve asked them to remove me from their calling list but they never do. It’s bad enough they robbed me of money but now I have to deal with this?

Jose B. , Nick and Roy did an amazing job!! I am a stay at home mom with a broken dryer. I was so impressed by the level of customer service I received. I found this company on Google, called and within a few days I had a working dryer. It was very unfortunate to learn my previous dryer wasn’t up to code. They fixed everything and did a terrific job. I am so impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I am so impressed and extremely happy with my today’s experience with Super Service Today. I had a broken sewer pipe which is under the foundation and needs to be replaced. Roy came in and did the evaluation and proposed options for me in a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He gives me expert advice with different case scenarios, and made very reasonable recommendations on the solutions based on my specific needs. I would also specifically thank the actual working team, including Tito, Rogelio, Jaden and Jose. This team is just super. I cannot say enough good things about thier work, experience and professionalism. After the work is done, they vacuumed my carpet in the basement and cleaned the working area outside of my house in a fantastic situation. I was so impressed and really appreciated their every effort. Absolutely 5 stars and I would highly recommend this company and this awesome team.
