I highly recommend LaMattinas Plumbing & Heating. Recently had a hvac co perform annual check on our gas boiler, was told 5 parts needed to be replaced. Red flags went up & definitely needed another co to check. Lamattinas was suggested by my neighbor. Bob called me that same day, came out the next..only needed 1 part & replaced it. I am so impressed with his honesty & professionalism! Great service!!

We had a plumbing problem arise and called LaMattina's Plumbing. Bob called us back that night. We sent him pictures of the issue and called back later with a date that he was available. Bobby is a straight shooter who gets the job done fast and reliably. I needed a new water heater and called Bobby. He was fair and transparent about options and pricing, and moved quickly to get and install the new unit. He showed up on time and the new unit was installed quickly and easily. It works great and it's nice to have the peace of mind of reliable hot water during these winter months. I would definitely use Bobby again for my plumbing needs and would recommend him to others.

LaMattina's Plumbing is the absolute best. They did two bathroom remodels for me and from start to finish, Bobby provided excellent guidance, suggestions and advice. Spoke to the answering service, received a call back from Bobby shortly thereafter.
Bobby said he could be to the house the next morning, worked out the time.(very polite and professional)

We just moved into our first home last month and were not sure where to go first for plumbing assistance. Our new neighbor referred us to Bobby and his team at LaMattina's Plumbing and Heating and we are very glad he did. Bobby has already provided excellent service on a few projects and has been great to work with. Great communication, fair and reasonable pricing, and quality work.

Excellent, fast, down-to-earth service with good explanations about the process without any jargon.

I called to have a leak in my sink repaired, and Bobby walked me through identifying the source of the leak-- which came from the old, rusted-out garbage disposal. He walked me through this check for the leak over the phone, to save him the time and me the money of a diagnostic visit. After getting the replacement garbage disposal ordered (at a discount, on Bobby's recommendation) he recommended an electrician to re-wire the outlet when it became clear that the outlet was also in need of an update. Throughout the process, Bobby was great about scheduling, and fast, thorough, and clean in making the replacement.

UPDATED: The 100+ year old cast iron sewer line in our house needed replacing in winter 2025-2026, with our old pit trap removed and a more modern access point installed. Bobby did an amazing job reworking the way the line ran when it became clear the old line ran under the furnace, which would have meant turning off the heat in winter with an elderly person in the house-- a really thoughtful and considerate level of extra work and care that made a huge difference. He also referred skilled excavators, and at every point of the job has been clear and responsive about timing, pros and cons of different materials, code issues, costs, and what the different constraints might be with such an old house.

I was able to wrangle property insurance coverage thanks to the level of information Bobby gave me-- his knowledge, skills, and straightforward communication are priceless.

5 stars all the way. Today I had a plumbing emergency (lost something incredibly valuable and necessary down the bathroom sink drain late at night just 5 days before Christmas). Bobby from LaMattina’s Plumbing & Heating called me back first thing in the morning. Got here as soon as he could, found my precious, valuable item quickly and replaced our sink’s P trap with a much better new one. Explained what the problem was, fixed it quickly at a very fair price. LaMattina’s has been our family’s (and our neighbors’) go-to for plumbing and heating issues for years, even going back to when Bobby’s dad ran the business. Very honest, personable professional. Highly recommended.

Called LaMattina’s Plumbing thinking that my water heater needed to be replaced. They took my request on New Year’s Day and Bobby called me within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and straight forward. He asked a few questions about my water heater and what the issues were. He then offered to Facetime me so he could see what was going on. He quickly identified the issue as the pilot being out and confirmed that there was nothing actually wrong with the water heater. He was patient with me and gave me step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue. I was able to get the heater back up and running within a few minutes. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I will absolutely be calling him again for any issues in the future.

We've been using LaMattina's plumbing for almost 10 years. Bobby has been awesome to work with! He and his dad got us out of a couple home disasters and they've always been punctual, easy to work with and fair on their pricing. They are always up front and honest.

I cannot recommend them enough to our friends when they ask us who did all the work in our home. From replacing our water tank the day after new years when it burst all over the basement to remodeling our 1950's bathroom and a whole lot in between, we would never consider going to anyone else.
