It's highway robbery!

$900 for 1.5 foot of 1/2" copper replacement that costs $25 in materials and 30min work with standard plumbing tools. The toilet wax ring replacement was $800 because "the toilet has to be removed"... it's a 30min job too! $500/valve replacement. I later asked a mn independant plumber and he would have charged $200-$300 each time.

They charge you $89 for the visit if you know what's wrong and $180 if investigation needed. They do come quick, like the others Sila, 128, etc... Same business model though 128 makes you think you get a 5-10% discount as well as the credit visit. Yet they all recuse the sahre their oricing charts ahead of time.

Tom did an exceptional job today, installing our faucet and new garbage disposal. His work ethic was fantastic and ensured everything met or exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use their company again. Tom is a very dedicated and conscientious employee.

Ervis came out today to check a clogged faucet which turned out to need replacement.He went above and beyond to be sure I had a faucet today, even going to pick one up for me and installing it. I am so very pleased with my experience

I ordered a brand new gas stove from Home Depot and being a first time homeowner, I just assumed paying for install & haul away service meant it was a one stop deal! That was not the case! They would not install my stove, because my old stove was still connected! So then I was suddenly in the search for an urgent plumber visit! I called around and got some attitude or no availability! Super Service Today has a very friendly office staff, that quickly set me up with an appointment same day! Alex M was my tech. He arrived quicker than I expected, which was a giant plus! He was professional and friendly! Not only did he get my stoves swapped, but he swapped out the very old gas piping, so we could have a hand turn gas valve! No pressure to commit, just informative on his recommendations! Grateful for the connection as I’m certain this will not be the last time Super Service Today, will see off this old house!

He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.
The repair was done correctly and the workmanship was excellent. Ryan also went above and beyond by cleaning up after the job. The price was fair and reasonable for the service provided.
I would definitely use Super Service Today again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Very disappointed — won’t hire again

They start out friendly and convincing, promising same-day service at no extra cost. But when the technician arrived, he took forever to assess the problem, and by the time he said I needed a new water heater, the company had already ordered and delivered one — without consulting me about price, brand, or options.

I’ve replaced water heaters before, so I know what’s fair. I even offered to go to Ferguson in Brighton myself to pick up a unit. The quote I received for a 50-gallon water heater with a 5-year warranty was $3,000, even though the same unit costs about $1,000 at retail stores.

They also refused to provide an itemized receipt, which is not a good sign. I only accepted because it was late and I have tenants depending on hot water.

My advice: Find a different company. I will never use them again.

Our hot water shut off at 9.30 pm and we called for emergency help. Tim helped me identify and solve the problem over the phone and talked me through a fix that had us back with hot running water in less than an hour. Unbeatable sevice, response and solution!

I paid $1,773 to replace a toilet...yes, a toilet!!!!! that's all you need to know about this company. I spoke to a manager about this outrageous cost and he said all he could trying to justify it...I asked him how much the toilet cost he couldn't give me an answer, asked how much labor cost couldn't answer that either. WARNING: If you have any issues with your plumbing I encourage to call every other plumping company before calling Stupid Service I can guarantee you will pay alot less!!!!!

Terrible service. "Tech" came in and called other friends to tell him what to do or how to diagnose. Then wanted to convince me to pay $2600 for a fake "blower/transformer". None of this was true. I suspected fraud because the toothless tech was nervous and trembling as I questioned him. I called someone else....the heater did not work because of a $10 fuse. "Super Service" basically charged me almost $200 to lie to me

Just needed to leave a review for this company. My family recently purchased a tankless water heater system. At first, it was a bit of a learning curve. However, the technicians Both Raul and Alex sorted out the problems and found a solution. Super Service Today not only stood behind their product but worked tirelessly to solve the seemingly never ending issues (not related to the company or products), the city has funky water. I will say though, spend the extra money up front to assess the water quality in your town or city.... PLEASE!! Once Super Service Today professionals have all the information their team of technicians will get the job done fast and professionally. Whether a new construction, home renovation, or upgrade project, this is the company and the team you want. If your in the Merrimack Valley area, ask for either Alex or Raul by name they will not let you down and you can trust their professional assessments. Thank you!

Super Service Today Inc. - Negligent Boiler Service and Unsafe Practices

If you are considering hiring Super Service Today Inc. in Wilmington, MA, please read this review first. My recent experience with their boiler service was nothing short of a nightmare and put my family’s safety at serious risk.

In January 2024, I hired Super Service Today Inc. for boiler maintenance, and the following issues occurred:

1. Improper Installation and Negligence:
Taco Pump Installation: Incorrectly installed, leading to potential malfunction.
Water Filtration System: Left on bypass, rendering it completely ineffective.
Leaking Gas Supply Nut: Found dangerously leaking, which I had to tighten myself to prevent a gas leak.

2.Severe Safety Hazards:
Ignition Fault: Missing gasket on electrodes, risking ignition failure.
Venturi Valve and Blower Assembly Gasket: Found dirty and leaking, indicating poor and dangerous combustion practices.
Combustion Readings: Alarmingly off-target (O2 at 8.6%, CO2 at 6.94%, and CO at 55ppm), suggesting hazardous inefficiencies and potential carbon monoxide poisoning.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, including detailed emails and a face-to-face meeting with their representative, Kevin, Super Service Today Inc. failed to address the problems adequately. I demanded a full refund of $7,000—the amount paid for their faulty service—but my requests have been ignored.

The lack of professionalism and attention to safety by Super Service Today Inc. is unacceptable. The improper boiler servicing could have led to fatal carbon monoxide poisoning, endangering my family's lives.

If you are searching for reliable and safe boiler services, I strongly urge you to avoid Super Service Today Inc. My experience has been a disaster, and I hope this review helps others avoid similar issues.

** I would like to add to my review in response to Steve’s miss leading answer to future consumers. I disputed the charges and they in turn claimed that because I allowed a third party to inspect their negligent work I breach the warranty so I’m unable to receive a refund. I therefore did not receive a refund. This company is not only dangerous but also clearly willing to mislead and manipulate facts.

They don't stick to the scheduled appointments. I scheduled an appointment for November 18 at 1:30 PM, and at the end of the day, they called me saying the technician couldn't come. I rescheduled for November 19 at 1:30 PM, and they said technician Raul would be at my office to repair my fryer. I'm still waiting. Terrible at keeping time and schedules. And I already paid for the service in advance. I do not recommend them.

Could not have been better service. Roy C explained everything in detail for me to make right calls on work to be done. He is an excellent worker and very polite guy.

Edward and Roy provided excellent service at our home today. There were severe issues with the garbage disposal and piping not up to code. Their hard work, expertise and commitment to providing superlative service is exemplary. I was very stressed but soon, my confidence level became extremely high. Obviously, I can only speak very highly of these professionals.

From start to finish Super Service exceeded my expectations. They were extremely responsive, had a plumber out the next day to assess and measur the job, and had a crew out to excavate and replace my ancient leaking water main within a week. They were on time, fast, and extremely professional. If you want great work and professionalism, this is the company to go with, zero headaches. They pulled the proper permits, worked with the city, and did a fantastic job. I will be giving all my future business to Super Service going forward.

Thomas was a pleasure today. From the original call saying he was 20 minutes out and was going to stop for coffee and offering some to the assessment of our water leak, to every step of the repair including what could be seen that may need to be addressed in the future. Considering no one wants to work on a mobile home and the plumber that we had to do this repair backed out last minute. Thank you for your response, courtesy and a repair completed in the same day.

Late in the evening, we experienced a water leak from the bathroom on the 3rd floor of our multifamily house. The plumbing team arrived very quickly and carried out a competent diagnosis. They did a quality job and made the estimate very transparently. Their prices were convenient, and I highly recommend their services!

A family member who lives in my downstairs apartment called this company on a Sunday for a broken toilet. We were told someone would come that day. I rearranged my plans to be home—no one showed. When we followed up, they promised someone would arrive Monday morning. Again, no one came until 4 PM. I had taken the day off work to accommodate them.
When the technician finally arrived, he quoted over $3,000 to replace both toilets in the building—something we never asked for and didn’t need. After pushback, they revised the quote to over $1,000 for the actual repair, but warned that if we didn’t replace the toilet, they wouldn’t guarantee their work. I had a nearly identical repair done weeks earlier by another plumber for half the price.
Despite my reservations, I agreed—mainly because the repair was urgent. They scheduled the work for the next morning between 9 and 10 AM, saying they needed to secure parts. It’s now noon, and no one has shown up. Again.
This level of disorganization, upselling, and disregard for people’s time is unacceptable—especially from a company of this size. I should have trusted my gut. Unreliable, overpriced, and deeply disappointing.

On friday we called SuperServiceToday. They dispatched Eduardo to our residence. He arrived promptly. He fixed our plumbing situation expediantly. He was friendly, courteous and concise with his explanation to us , of what he was doing, as he did it. The plumbing problem was fixed in record time. We will definitely use his services in the furure. 11 out of 10. Would highly recommend him and his company.

Lack of integrity.
They replaced a brushed nickel faucet with chrome and refused to make it right.
They charged about $1,300 to replace a brushed nickel bathroom faucet and the cutoff lines. When they finished, we saw it was chrome! Everything is the bathroom has the same brushed finish! When we said it doesnt match, Roy said he told me we could have picked up the faucet ourselves. If we had time, we would have. We were willing to pay the difference in materials and $150 for his time, but he wanted $400. We understand hellthe tech can only do so much so we paid him and called the office to get a better resolution. Thats when we found out he told the office that i watched them install it. Which was a lie. I was instead helping my ill father go from the chair to his bed. Terrible, dishonest company.
