Last fall we hired JandJ to install a new heat pump
and air handler. It was supposed to be a one day installation. Due to incompetence they had to keep coming back day after day for 6 or more days to complete the installation. Each day was a new tech who said they still had more to do and had fixed the previous tech's errors. After they said they were done, we checked and found the main ductwork wasn't fitted to the new unit and there was a 2" gap. the service manager was totally embarrassed when he saw it. Even after that was fixed and all was supposedly done, we discovered they even installed the filter backwards. Buyer beware.

Tom was awesome. He explained everything he was doing. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will recommend him to other people as well.

Having heating issues since Sept.and having 3 different companies come out to find the issues and NONE were able to correct. Dylan came out the same day in 20” of snow found the problem in ONE hour. We are so happy to have found someone so knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you J&J.

I had a good experience with JJ Heating. I got a warning message on my thermostat in the early morning hours. They sent a technician, Mike out first thing. Turned out it was a simple fix. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient. And I really appreciated the quick response from the company on one of the coldest days this winter.

We have used J&J heating and cooling for a few years, mostly for HVAC and AC tune ups (we live on a newer property). When we have had issues, like a busted AC battery or a dirty flame sensor, J&J punctually serviced our property for an affordable price. Jack specifically has been to our home most often and he is polite, professional, and quick. We trust J&J to fairly and reasonably diagnose any problems and provide a timely solution, keep our home comfortable and safe.

It was a great experience working with this team of professionals. Kevin gave us a great education on what we needed in our home. Jeff and Jason were excellent on installation day. We were working from home that day and hardly knew they were there. Everyone in the billing office were so nice as they gladly took our money, LOL. Just kidding. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Thousands less than a few other estimates we got. Crazy, eh? I recommend J and J wholeheartedly.
