Yesterday, I had J&J Heating and Air Conditioning do a thorough deep cleaning of my Ductless Mini-Split system. All I can say is, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we had by technicians Tom Everly and his co-worker Mike. These guys were totally professional, courteous, respectful, and very efficient. They wore shoe coverings inside our house not to track dirt and water as it's been very rainy. We were so happy with their service, we are going to tell others we know to use them. We will be using their services for all future maintenance needs. On a scale of 1-10, we would have to go higher and give them a 15. I would also like to add that their prices at J&J are very reasonable and obviously believe in fair pay for a fair day's work.

As usual - Jack was very efficient, knowledgeable and competent. Kept me up to date on future maintenance needed.

Or service tech, Mike Lowe, was great. He performed the Fall/Winter service, going over and beyond to include, completely cleaning out the condensate pump, replacing the water lines going from the humidifier and the condensate pump to the house water drain, and ensuring that the two zone baffle units were functioning correctly. Jack was personable and efficient. He checked things out, added some refrigerant, and gave us some good troubleshooting and maintenance suggestions.

The technician Kim is very thorough with the service. He cleaned all pipes. I can’t imagine how much debris and dirt were inside. Most importantly , he readjusted the elbow connected to the blower motor, which nd made sure that it tilted back so that any water in the pipe is drained, instead of flooding the motor. Previous service people didn’t do those things, which could explain why the motor was flooded two winters ago.

J&J Technician Jack was excellent and very courteous. Explained any issues with equipment! Overall another highly satisfied customer!

I cant begin to describe how professional this company and staff have treated our family. We searched for a reliable HVAC company and with some horror stories we eventually found J&J. There prices and programs from maintenance to new installs have really saved us. I really can't say enough about this fantastic fa I'll owned company.

Jack and Mike are the best! They have been coming to my house for many years. They are always friendly, considerate, respectful and very competent!! J&J has a great system that texts to let me know who is coming and when they are on the way. I can’t say enough good things about J&J.

Horrible company. I don’t recommend them at all.
The thermostat in my condo was broken. I explained the problem to them. They didn’t mention that if the problem was electrical, they cannot fix it.
They sent a guy who was not able to fix it because he diagnosed it as an electrical issue. They charged me $157 just to say that the problem was electrical, which they should’ve told me before they sent someone out that it would not be fixed if it was electrical issue.
My advice is to look for some other company that is willing to ask questions to clients and to explain to them what They can fix and what they cannot fix.

Rick was very professional and explained what the issue was. He suggested something to try to fix it short term but unfortunately it needed more than that fix. He told me the part needed and hopefully the issue will be resolved Monday.

Great experience with J & J today. Jack came out to fix my heat 2 hours after I called. He diagnosed the problem and had the running again. Thanks for the prompt service.
