My furnace stopped working and they were able to come out and check it same day. Had to order a part, but they came back out the next day with it. Technicians both days were very nice and they did a great job. Heat is back up running again. My furnace was installed in 1997 by J&J and it’s had minimal issues through the years. Highly recommend them.

Ethan was on time, efficient, kept me informed and quickly repaired the heating system.

My family and I were tired of window air conditioners and decided we wanted to look into installing mini splits. We called J&J as our first quote. It proved to be the only quote needed. Tom met with me and my family, explained the process, explained how many units we would need, sent a straight forward estimate, and explained how the mass save rebates would work. I then got to work getting a mass save home energy assessment. Through that process, Tom answered all my questions and booked the install. Within two weeks we had the crew of Mike & Mike here early on a Monday morning and they got straight to work. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. Mike kept me informed of how the process was going. One of the biggest raves I can give is how they treated my animals while they were here. No kitties escaped, the dogs were happy and they treated my home as if it were their own. Other than the new units on the wall, and our crisp cool house, you wouldn’t even know they were here with how clean the install was. If you are thinking of having a cool house, are tired of window AC and looking for an amazing company, look no further, you have found it! They will even complete the entire mass save rebate process for you. All you do is wait for the rebate check in the mail. Thank you so much Tom, Mike, Mike and J & J Heating and Air conditioning! You have made summers for my family much more enjoyable for years to come.

They came to the house ASAP (which was the same day) & inspected the unit for the second time. They went in the basement to inspect the hvac? Then it started working! I think it may have been a loose wire or something. They are very professional, respectful, kind & knowledgeable. I would like to use their services again!
