Reviews of local pros in Dracut, Massachusetts

We want to say thank you to the technician Miguel for his excellent service and for saving us from other companies that tried to take advantage of my mother and overcharged us. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything perfectly. We will 100% call him again when service is needed.

Just like new!
Thank you, Miguel! 🙂

Steve was the best. Replaced a sensor and now my hybrid electric water heater works! Most honest plumber I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Without a doubt would hire New Era Plumbing & HVAC again.

I recently had New Era Plumbing & HVAC replace my hot water heater in my condo in Lowell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient.

Neil, the project manager, provided a detailed estimate with clear breakdowns of different options. His transparency and great communication made the decision process easy and stress-free.

Shay, the scheduler, quickly got me on the calendar for the very next day and kept me updated with a call before the technicians arrived—excellent communication throughout.

Steven and Momo handled the installation, and they were fantastic. Both were professional, polite, and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and did a clean, high-quality job installing the new hot water heater.

Overall, I had an outstanding experience with New Era Plumbing & HVAC and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or HVAC work.

I had a great experience with New Era plumbing & HVAC company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The issue was explained clearly, all options were discussed upfront, and the work was completed efficiently with no surprises. Everything was left clean and in perfect working order. It’s hard to find reliable, honest plumbers these days, and this company truly delivered. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

We called New Era regarding a tenants furnace not working. It was freezing out! Robert arrived immediately to assess the situation. Unfortunately 2 apartment heating units were old, (like dinosaur old) and needed to be replaced.
Neil, a super nice guy.. arrived within 15 mins to discuss which furnace would meet our needs and finance/cash options for purchasing. We decided to replace both units because the price made sense, and the paperwork process took about 5 mins. We never felt any pressure to buy anything.
Installation was scheduled early the next day. Aze, Joe, and I believe Carlos were incredibly courteous, professional, and thorough. My basement, and home are spotless. They all worked straight through 8+hrs without even a break... as a TEAM.
I was very impressed all around, and can't say enough about our experience with the employees, and service. THANK YOU!

Steve came by, gave us a reasonable quote and did an amazing job connecting our new sink and dishwasher! He finished up and everything in a timely manner and it was all done in a nice and clean finish! He knocked it out of the park!

One of the best companies I’ve ever had contact with. Very organized and efficient, with every step properly documented. They have an excellent team, everyone is very professional and polite. During the services, they are careful with the homes and do everything possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. Worth every penny!

Highly recommend New Era, the whole team provided exceptional service from start to finish. My furnance stopped work right in time for the cold weather. Shay was very responsive and helpful, when I called in she was able to squeeze us onto the schedule same day Friday afternoon no less. Danny and Joseph got on site and attempted to repair but ultimately my furnance needed to be replaced. After exhausting all their options Danny provided my with a quote for a new furnance. Danny listened to what I was looking for and gave me the best deal he could find for my needs, and at no point tried to upsell me, very honest people. They found exactly what I needed and were able to get me on the schedule 2 days later to replace my furnance. Once they finished everything was left clean and orderly. Go with New Era you will not be disappointed! A+++ Company
