My 12-year-old water heater started leaking and knew needed to be replaced. Called New Era and they came out within the hour. Gave me a very reasonable price and Steve and Danny worked very efficiently explained the process and left the area immaculate. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to family and friends!

Had our heating system and on-demand hot water heater serviced today. Joe and Steve were punctual, professional and thorough. I signed up their membership to take advantage of the annual maintenance services and various other perks.

New Era did a great job replacing our old heating system. When we lost heat on one of the coldest days, they responded quickly. The pricing was fair and they installed our new unit in one day. They were helpful and quick with follow up.

Steve L was great. Diagnosed our boiler issue and was both professional and thorough. I would highly recommend both Steve and New Era.

Finally, I've had a great experience with an outside service! This is the friendliest, most competent company i've worked with for house issues. I wish i had found these guys earlier. Steve and Charlie were super helpful and friendly. They took their time explaining everything and answering any questions i had, whether it was about the specific problems, cost, or other related issues in my house. It's also extremely convenient to have one company that understands HVAC and plumbing issues, since I happened to have both. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.

Loved the service and professionalism provided by Steven on my tankless water heater and leaky valves connecting washing machine. He thoroughly explained his plan and what could be accomplished today, as well as diagnosis and follow up plan to fix a broken sensor in my water heater. I was pleased that Steve cleaned up after himself, leaving things in pristine condition. Shout out to Dane who helped schedule today’s service visit as well!

As I searched for companies to service my water heater New Era had very timely responses along with great customer service. They were able to service my water heater without any complications and the affordability is also a large pro of the company. I highly recommend their services.

Had a catastrophic event at my house and these guys were on it within 45 mins of my call. I can't say enough good things about the girl who takes the calls and schedules service. I can't remember her name but she is the sweetest, most helpful young lady. Highly recommend. Very pleasant experience considering how awful of a situation I am in. It was time to replace my 20 year old furnace and I am so happy I chose New Era for the job! Not only were they the most affordable (I got quotes from 5 different HVAC companies) but Joe and Danny, the techs with New Era, were professional, friendly, and prompt. When they completed the job, they thoroughly cleaned the work area. And before they left, Danny took the time to review with me everything they installed and how my new thermostat worked. I highly recommend New Era!

I never thought I'd have a favorite plumbing company...but here we are. These guys have seen me in my panic calling, manic stressing, hot mess with no hot water self! They were completely professionally calming in the office, ridiculously thorough and helpful in my home. They are my go to for everything now and cant recommend them enough. Top notch team!!

We awoke at 4:00a.m. on Superbowl Sunday to a horrible noise coming from our furnace. The temperature was 48 degrees in the house. The outside temperature was -5 degrees. We searched local plumbing/HVAC contractors with 24-hour emergency service. Numerous contractors informed us that they would not be able to schedule a service call until late Monday or mid-day Tuesday. New Era assured us that a tech would be able to come Sunday mid morning. Robert (Technical Specialist) called about 9a.m.and asked if it was ok to come to evaluate and try to fix the issue. Robert assessed the situation and walked me through his findings. The 32-year-old furnace was not worth repairing. Robert suggested we speak to Neil (Project Manager) about replacing the furnace and what our options might be. Neil showed us what our options were and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We discussed price and financing. We were able to agree on a top-of-the-line (Bryant) High Efficiency system. The system would be installed Monday the next day. Robert and Neil both brought Electric space heaters to get us through the rest of the day and the installation Monday.
Shay (Project Scheduler) called Monday at 8a.m. to tell us that installers were on the way to start removal and installation. The installation team arrived, AZI and Mikey (HVAC Installers) went to work and removed the old furnace and installed the new system. They worked all day and got the system installed and running by 6p.m. The work area was spotless when they were finished, and they answered any questions we had. We had to reschedule to have the programmable thermostat, noted in the contract, installed Tuesday. There was one glitch with the programmable thermostat that was installed. Robert came back to help solve the thermostat issue.
All the employees we came into contact with were professional, friendly and skilled.

I was so pleased with New Era Plumbing & HVAC, who responded to an emergency call on a weekend to address our nonfunctional oil furnace. I was impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness. Since it was determined we needed a new system, they quickly developed a plan to remove our old system and install a new one. Everyone from Shay, Robert O, Gill R, Steven L, Danny and Modesto C efficiently worked quickly to restore heat in our home I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing Plumbing or HVAC services in the future.

After calling multiple different plumbing companies and not getting any answers or being charged for estimates. I found New Era, they were quick to respond and have someone out the very next day. I had Steven D as my technician and he explained everything very thoroughly and treated it as if it was his own home. He also did not try to upsell me on any of the work needed. He was honest and Knowledgeable about what Future issues I potentially could run into and how to address them. I would highly recommend giving them a call, especially if your home is in need of an annual service in which most homeowners don’t think of until it’s too late.

New furnace installation (replacing an old one). The whole experience was outstanding. Neil, the project manager, was responsive and helped us pick the right system for our house.
