Professional, timely service, our HVAC system is like new.

These magicians made my home cooler than the other side of the pillow. Absolutely stellar!

Awesome customer service. Took pride in their work. Integrity and craftsmanship at its finest

Our furnace went out, and they came by that night to evaluate the issue. The next day, they were back with a new furnace and installed it without an issue. We would definitely recommend them!

They installed the new heat pump to my house without proper electricity setup, causing the machine stop working multiple times within the first six months, and the last time the wire was burned, which is extremely dangerous.

Great work fast and efficient. Employees are very nice and respectful. Best company I have worked with.

Watch out if you are thinking to use them to install new heat hump or such, they are NOT in MA heating rebate company network, hence customer cannot get rebate, and it was not clearly noted before. though back then they were responsive and worked hard (We contact other HVAC company first but can’t get it fixed. They came in and nailed it in two days. )

I had a problem with my water heater and most likely needed a new one. The person I spoke with was nice and an appointment was set for the next morning. I waited and waited, and I called a couple of times, nobody answered and the person who was supposed to come never did. No call no show no explanation which is completely unprofessional. Thankfully I was able to find another PROFESSIONAL company and the job was completed.

Got my water heater repaired. Everything went smoothly

Repaired our AC a couple of times now, always straightforward with no BS, recommended highly

Could not be happier with the furnace repair that was completed at my house. Very professional team at HVAC Doctors

Had my heating system repaired with Home Service Doctors for the second time. Incredible experience both times!
