First time customer, my central air wasn’t working properly. Shane came out first thing next morning, within 1/2 hour my a/c was back. Shane was very thorough, professional and price was reasonable. Thank you Shane and Cornerstone!

Cornerstone is one of the best in the business as far as dependability and flexibility, Shane is one of the smartest guys around as far as diagnostics and troubleshooting goes. Helped fix my parents heat in the freezing cold on a last minute call, Shane was incredibly helpful and understanding. He is my go to guy, for any of my heating/boiler issues and he never disappoints!

Thank you for emergency service Sunday, March 1st ... post blizzard with overnight temps predicted below 0. No heat Saturday evening. Sunday morning, Matt quickly discovered my propane tank was empty it was not my system thankfully.

I've been with the same fuel company for many years ... auto refill, bill always paid on time, and have never run out of fuel. An empty fuel had tank crossed my mind, but I dismissed it knowing the tank is always filled automatically. Fuel delivery came right away.

Corey and the whole Cavicchi Heating and AC team have been wonderful!! Sometimes problems are an easy fix, unfortunately my AC fix was challenging. The techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. As I said our fix was a challenge, each time they had to come back it was within 24 hours of my husband calling. They were determined to find the problem and fix it. Truly excellent Customer Service!! The office personnel have been wonderful.

Cavicchi Heating & Air Conditioning is always responsive. We had no heat on a very cold morning, and they came and fixed the problem that morning.

Texted with a confirmatio and sent me picture of the service representative to expect very professional and easy to work with still waiting on price for main board but they verified with Mitsubishi which I was able to hear conversation very transparent which makes credibility

The board main board was replaced 2 months ago and there is a 2nd board that needs replacing and I have no idea what happened to the rebate Cavicchi received from Mitsubishi and we have been all summer without AC waiting for Cavicchi to get get to us on the smaller 2nd board, the price and the cost which was $1,400 for just the service call not the almost $500 for the main board.

begs the question do both boards normally go at the same time, should I have been made aware of a 2nd board that may also need replacement and is it another $1,400 to have them replace it? I have been really upset about this, so maybe my inquiries are dismissed as old inquiries regarding main board, but with summer gone, I would like to get this over and done with, and there is almost $500 owed me, which when Cavacchi received reimbursement I would be get my money back, since I was retired to pay all of it upfront.
