Arrived on time and very friendly. Was at the house for an hour and answered my questions. Everything is running great. The company I had last year was in and out in under 30 minutes and really didn't say much. I guess that's why its best to pay a little more to get better quality. Would recommend.

Communication was great via text and email. Eric came out to do the estimate and was very knowledgable and answered all questions regarding the proposal. Cody was the technician that communicated with us during the installation and he was very personable. New system was installed and running in 2 days. Everything was left neat and clean. Very happy the whole process.

Mike was great...very courteous, prompt and had our furnace problem diagnosed in 2 minutes. He gave me an estimate and got right to work and had the system working in very little time. Also, I only called this morning and was surprised that they fit me in today. I'm very impressed w everyone from Cavicchi so far. Thank you for getting our heat working again!

Great turn around and response time for emergency service on a broken gas furnace. The tech was knowledgeable and explained the issues in detail. The pricing for parts and labor was fair and the customer service was excellent.

Cavicchi is the only company that we would be using moving forward. They arrived on time, very thorough in their repair of our baseboard steam radiator, and was transparent all the way through! I can’t recommend this company enough. Such a great experience, no one else compares.

Annual oil burner cleaning that was overdue. Domenic was prompt, respectful and informative, pointing out both the good and not so good (water scale on the blow-off valve). I would recommend this local company.

I had my old boiler replaced and the whole process from quote to finish was seamless. The gentleman that came for the quote were very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. When I received the quote I had the option of three different systems at their respectable prices, it was great to have each option broken down to weigh the pros and cons of each. Once I accepted the quote I was scheduled for an install date quickly. The installation team was phenomenal, very friendly guys who worked efficiently and produced an excellent finished product. They gave a detailed explanation on the system and showed me everything they did, couldn't ask for better service. I would highly recommend Cavicchi Heating and Air Conditioning, you won't find better.

Just wanted to say what a pleasure was to work with Cavicchi on installing a new Kinetics Energy Ascent heating system as well as a new Roth oil tank. I requested 8 quotes from local vendors due to the cost of the project. I decided on Cavicchi and Kinetics energy as the Furnace-boiler of choice due to the fact of it being built in the United States and it being rated as a top company. Anthony was great to work with and getting pricing and contract signed and then getting me installed two days later. It being below zero and a failing furnace in the middle of the winter it was critical that I got my furnace replaced as quickly as possible. Cody and his team worked diligently for over eight hours to get my new furnace installed and Roth stand up oil tank replaced. Cory the owner of Cavicchi was nice enough to come by that frigid night to work with Cody to finish the install and get the heat on during the below 0’F temperatures that night. 1 week later I already notice the savings from less oil consumption because of the Kinetics Energy efficient system. I would definitely recommend Cavicchi to anyone needing furnace service, replacement or a new oil tank. I would give more than 5 stars but 5 is the highest allowed on this post.
