From Eric coming out to give me a quote and look at existing system, too , to Cody and Matt doing the install on the garage it was seamless. Reasonable pricing and quick turn around for install. Quoted on like a Thursday and deposit given and installed on the Tuesday. Plus with the warranty it should be a nice install for years to come.

What a great experience from the start. Heard back right away. Came out on an emergency visit on a Sunday. Very professional and got me up and running. Will never use anyone else going forward 😀

Did show up a little later than the arrival window (I was in field service so I get it) but everything was smooth and efficient. Scheduling was easy and I liked the fact they a local family owned business. Tech was friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is what great service looks like! Everyone I spoke with was an absolute pleasure. I needed my Central AC system replaced and from the moment I called them thru the completion of the job, they were always updating me. They sent communications often so I always knew the status. I never had to chase them which was so refreshing. They had a quick turn around and completed the job in a day. Good customer service can be hard to find, but the entire Cavicchi team proved they are still out there!

Mike was very personable and did a great job. In addition to the tune up he was able to identify the cause of a vibration and fix it.

Cavicchi Heating is amazing. They arrived swiftly, took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong and fixed in a timely manor all while maintaining excellent communication.

They were so pleasant to work with, their receptionist Sandy sets the tone for the whole experience. Ahead of time with installation and I cant even say enough about their professionalism. So glad we chose them.

Heating system was malfunctioning on one the coldest mornings this year, Cavicchi had a tech at my house in less than an hour. You can`t ask for better service than that.

Very pleased with our new mini-split system. Corey and his team were very responsive throughout the process and our installation went smoothly. They helped provide multiple options and talked us through the pros and cons of all of them. We used the HEAT loan program and they were very helpful in that as well.

Cody immediately spotted the error of yesterday's annual furnace maintenance which resulted in a call back. The problem was fixed within a minute.
Cody was on time, friendly, talkative, explained situation, and helped me understand an unrelated question about heat pumps.

Mike was very helpful answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thanks. Cody did a great job on my boiler installation. The piping was very nicely done. Cody was very friendly and courteous. He solved the problem with our heat again. Very happy with the quick service!

Mike was excellent, he kept me informed of each step.
He promptly identified the problem and the needed correction.
Made the corrections and within an hour or so we were back up and running!
And now we once again have heat on this cold day!!

We will be sticking with them in the future for any of our HVAC needs. I feel like they were very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need.
Also, just wanted to add that when I called Sandra in the office, she took her time and explained things to me and did not rush me off the phone. Other companies are using AI to answer their phone phones and I would prefer a human, So I really appreciate the customer service as well ! Thank you

We have had ongoing problems with our HVAC system. I was glad that they sent Matt. He did an amazing job servicing our oil burner last fall. He diagnosed the system and gave us a few different options. We will see how the office follows up.
