Absolutely positively the best.

Unfortunately over the years I've used many other irrigation companies to start up and shut down my system. Each time they would arrive, do the bare minimum and leave. Half the time being called back 2 or 3 times for the basics leaving me frustrated and over charged.

Lucky Lawn inspected every head for its functioning qualities, coverage and expected life, corrected what was needed and provided a very detailed invoice of the work completed and charges for anything extra.

I am 2,000% above and beyond pleased with their service, professionalism and knowledge and you should to.

Joe and his team were great. They installed a 45 head system in about 4 hours. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable crew. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone interested in having an irrigation system installed. EXTREMELY fair pricing. They blew my other estimates out of the water.

These guys were amazing. The owner, Joe, told me he would design my system as if it was his own lawn. His crew came in a installed my system on time and on budget. Even helped out when one of the builders guys tore up a sprinkler head. Sent out a crew next day and resolved the issue. Couldn’t be happier. Great price too!

Joe and his crew are very reliable. I had my system installed about 7 years ago and it still works great. They are very timely when opening and closing my system for the season. My experience with Lucky Lawn Sprinklers, & owner Joe McLaughlin in particular, was outstanding. Joe himself answers your calls, & when I called in March of 2025, he came right over to check out our lawn, within a couple of days of my call. He's got a big personality with a great laugh, & we did laugh often while we walked around our yard. He made the process sound easy & straightforward, & that it would be completed within a few hours, not an all day project! ALL of this was HUGELY important to me, because we thought we'd hired another company in the fall of 2024 to come in the spring of 2025, but he never returned any calls or texts, for months, until we finally heard from the man who recommended him to us that the message was he'd simply changed his mind & was no longer interested in doing the job, without any call to us!! So when we found Joe, he was like a breath of fresh air & a light from heaven!! He has a huge crew, but Joe himself runs all the underground hoses, for all his jobs, with this very cool machine that I found very interesting to watch. And they didn't even wait until the warmer weather arrived, they came in March, when it was still quite cold, which also impressed us! He never hesitates to answer my calls if I have any questions about my system, & I HAVE reached out the him from time to time. My lawn has NEVER looked better, I love seeing my sprinkler heads spraying water all over the lawn, & I could not be happier!!

Lucky Lawn Sprinkler Co. exceeded my expectations in every way. We are fairly new residents, and our sprinkler system was in need of maintenance and repair. Derrick and Tony came to our home on one of the hottest and muggiest days and worked like maniacs! They did a thorough inspection and consulted with me prior to beginning the much-needed repairs. The work involved digging and when they finished the cleanup, it was like it never happened!! The final cost was more than fair and reasonable, and every detail was fully explained. I received a thorough tutorial of the program box and its features for future use.

Lucky Lawn has been servicing my 8-zone irrigation system since 2019 when I moved into my home. This year, after they came to winterize my sprinkler system, I noticed that the irrigation control valve lid was broken in 2 spots. I assumed it would need to be replaced so I texted Lucky Lawn to ask (not expect or demand) if they would be willing to deduct the $40 it would cost me to replace the lid from my bill of $130. About an hour later, I received a phone call from the owner of Lucky Lawn to discuss the situation. I appreciated Joe calling, but I was disappointed with how the call went. Joe spent the first part of the call just laughing at me for thinking his crew was responsible for the broken lid and asking for some sort of compensation. After he was done laughing, he shared that the lid should work fine in the condition it is in and that they usually only last a few years. I am disappointed that Joe couldn't provide that response without the laughter. At the end of the day, I think it is fine that Joe disagrees with my request for compensation or the cause of damage; I just wish his disagreement was communicated with more professionalism and respect.

We were referred to Lucky Lawn by our neighbors, and we were very happy with their work! We noticed a sprinkler in our lawn had been leaking, even though we had not used our system since moving in about two years ago. Within a week, the technicians came and took care of the problem promptly. Our technician also provided us some instruction on how to properly use the system as well. They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly! We will definitely be using Lucky Lawn for all sprinkler system needs in the future.

I was saddened to see one of their parakeet in not so good shape. I hope it gets the help it needs.

Seemed like A nice place to shop till they told my 4yr old and 14 yr old unless they are going to buy something they had to leave, my son loves to go look at the fish, and its great cause its within walking distance, well I guess I'll be driving him to Petco to see the fish cause they've never asked us to leave
