I have years of experience raising fish. Yesterday was my first time going to this store. A girl at the freshwater fish area refused to sell fish to me because my pond was not “ready” How can you decide someone’s pond is not ready if you never see it?! Why I need to prove my pond is ready to buy fish?! Or I’m not a native speaker so you refused?! Or I don't use the same techniques with you so you refused?!
It was very offensive and ridiculous!
Worst service ever!

Every time someone has a question about some issue with their plants, I send them to Kim at Brown's. She knows so much, does many tasks at this busy place, but always takes time for you, provides answers based on what she detects to be your level of knowledge of plants. Offers help and suggestions.

As a new dog owner, went in to check it out. They have everything you could possibly want or need for your dog! They also have a nice gift selection...I left with $50 worth of Yankee Candle products! I look forward to spending more time her in the future!

I have kept various animals/fish in my life and Browns is a staple.

The 2 workers in the fish room are fantastic (Finch and Jules). They go above and beyond for customers and their fish. Ive been able to order rare fish and Browns has come up clutch for me many times.

This place cares about animals and their customers. Absolutely check Browns out if you havent.

Alfredo and his team did a fantastic job on my patio, fire pit, and raised flower bed. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

5 years ago, we had A & J Porfilio Landscape Contractors Inc. replace 2 sets of wooden stairs and a cement patio with pavers. We look out every day to see the excellent workmanship Alfredo and his crew did. So, it was only natural that we call A & J Porfilio Landscape Contractors Inc. when we wanted to replace our front steps with pavers.

This year we called A & J Porfilio Landscape Contractors Inc. for a quote to install 2 sets of steps and a walkway to the front of our house. Alfredo came out to take measurements and discussed the project. We received a detailed quote within a week, listing what he would be doing along with the material that would be used for the project.

We had the opportunity to see first-hand how Alfredo & Noah took pride in their work. Seeing them spend the time needed measuring, marking and cutting so that every stone fit just right, making our walkway perfect. From the beginning to the final clean-up everything was done to perfection, always treating it as if it was their own home.

Alfredo and his crew were incredible to work with. We had a crumbling patio and horrific drainage issues. Alfredo redesigned the drainage, improved the slope of our yard, added more drains along with a GORGEOUS new patio. He also installed a new walkway, a new window well and curved steps. Not only was his work impeccable but he was a pleasure to have at the house. So respectful and kind, always left the site cleaner than it was when he arrived. He was on time and worked hard all day long. Alfredo was right there with his crew from the first moment in the morning to the last sweep up at the end of the day. Stand up guy with high standards and old school work ethic, do not hesitate hiring this company!
