I called Rooter-Man in Framingham at the suggestion of our regular plumber. I couldn't be happier with the work and the result. They were on time, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Hired rooter-man for a clogged sink. The guy they sent was extremely friendly, very kind even to my dog (who can be a bit of a jerk), and got the job done quickly and reasonably priced. Would definitely hire again.

Professional company. They came out on a Friday night and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced and prompt service. We got crazy quotes from other -rooter companies. This will be the company always referred to family and friends. Excellent company to do business with.

Called at 9:00. Technician was at the house by 9:30. Problem was repaired by 10:30. Very efficient and polite. Fantastic service.I would recommend them highly

I was very impressed with how prompt and professional RooterMan was to address a drain issue at my home. Trevor is the best. Very thorough and friendly.

I had a clogged waste pipe from my washing machine and my regular plumber (who is excellent) suggested calling Rooter-Man as a faster and less expensive option to address the problem! They dispatched a plumber as soon as I called. Fast, courteous and reasonable price.

KJ was pleasant & polite. He listened to my description & history of the problem & knew exactly how to clear the blockage. He was quick & neat. The cost was very reasonable. You can't go wrong with Rooter-Man.

Highly impressed with Carlos' honesty and professional demeanor. He arrived within 30 mins of my call to take care of sewage back-up in our basement utility sinks. He knew it was a main line problem and immediately resolved the issue, recommending we use thin tissue in the future. Carlos was a lifesaver. We had a sewer line problem that we could not find and it was totally unbearable. Carlos went above and beyond to identify our problem and fix it. He spent a ton of time with us and we were his last appointment on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend them!

Pat came out to my house and Un clogged the outside drainage pipe. Fast call back and decided to wait till the next day because it was a non-emergency. He charged regular price and was able to give me a coupon to save me a little bit of money thank you for your honesty I will recommend you to others.

Came highly recommended. Called out for a clogged up toilet in my home. A 2 minute inspection and they were quick to say it was "fixed" and take my payment. Shortly thereafter, the same toilet (and everything upstream of it) are clogged. Clearly the real cause was never identified let alone resolved. When asked to come back and fix their work they refused, regardless of the "warranty" they are so proud to note. They were quick to suggest another visit for several hundred dollars might fix the problem this time.

A real disappointment that a local company refuses to stand behind their work.

After being recommended to Rooter-Man from another business, I am very satisfied with the work done. Tory or Cory(cannot remember the name I apologize) came right out to my house and found where the problem was coming from. He and two other employees cleared the clog and were courteous and professional the entire time. I highly recommend Rooter-Man if you have a slow or clogged drain. Thank you.

Rooter-Man in Framingham has always been responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Carlos in particular was extremely helpful diagnosing and fixing a major issue.

I called rooterman this morning and they said someone would arrive between 11-100 they showed up promptly at 1100. The man who arrived was professional , and friendly and courteous. It was so nice to have someone arrive with such a nice demeanor and clearly knew what he was doing . I would highly recommend rooterman and they were reasonably priced ! Thank you very much for restoring my clogged sink !

I had them come out to give me a quote on getting my basement cleaned and he said it was a free quote told me 6k sent me a form to fill out didn't get approved so put them off to the side because I didn't have 6k to do the job. Then call them back to see if the can snake my sewer pipe and he said won't do it because it cost him 300 everytime to come look I never said I wouldn't pay for them to come out trying to talk to him and let him know that and he hung up on me while I was trying to say it. Fortunately things change and you can always do it if you can do free estimates then charge the people. He did keep in contact the whole time not saying he didn't he was just very rude the second time. Wouldn't recommend them unless u plan on having them do the job. Also basement is flooding g from possible back up in pipe and would have raided him 6k for a clean up that wouldn't have been able to be done so careful

Quick to arrive (same day), efficient service to unclog our kitchen sink drain and reasonably priced. After I tried to snake the drain, then the plumber tried and made it worse, the plumber recommended rooter-man. Glad he did..... we couldn't be happier with the service. I wouldn't call the price cheap but its reasonable.

I'm happy with their service. Patrick arrived on time, explained what he though the issue was and fixed the problem quickly and without leaving a mess. Very polite as well. I hope I don't need to use their services again, but if I do I'll be using the same company.

Great experience! PJ came within 20 minutes of calling after waiting 4+ hours for another plumber to clear a main line clog. Got the job done within an hour at a reasonable price and no problems since. Highly recommend!!!

I called them around 9am and they sent someone to our house within 2 hours. A drain machine was used to fix the blocked drain. Problem solved quickly. Their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

So happy with the service I received from Rooter-Man. We had a main drain problem,they put us at the top of the list. Called at 8:30 am, they arrived by 11:15.
