Yesterday I dumped a bowl of vegetable soup to toilet and flushed it, without knowing that there was a big chunk of turkey bone in the soup .... as expected we got clogged toilet. I called Tooter-Man this morning, and was told by that they will try to contact one of their workers in the region and call me back, then I got a phone call back as promised saying a worker will come over my house in about half hour. Then I got Tony came over to my house before noon, he took about 5 minutes fixed my problem, pulled that piece of bone out of the drain pipe! Really terrific work and great experience! I will call them again next time if I have drainage problem, and recommend them to everyone!

I used another company in June to clean a main drain and was told the line was broken and couldn’t be cleaned further than 5 ft out. 4 months later needed to be cleaned and I called rooterman. Carlos came out and cleaned 2 main lines all the way to the street 100+ feet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Took extra time to make sure everything was working properly.

My kitchen sink stopped draining and my landlord couldn't resolve the issue. He called Rooter-Man yesterday around 5:00 PM and Pedro showed up at 9:30 this morning. Pedro was very nice. He examined the pipes, disposal, etc. and was able to quickly figure out the issue and unclog the blockage.

Highly recommend Russell Hynes. 10+. We had a water pipe break in the house. He came, assessed the situation and what needed to be done. We had an estimate that night. He came on time and worked straight through until the job was completed. He meticulously tested everything. Great job.
