We needed a new water heater installed and we were so happy to have found Tim at Caswell Pumbing!! He responded to our call immediately and was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. Knowing we had no hot water, he made it a priority to get to our home promptly. When he arrived he was professional and courteous as he entered our home...including putting covers on his boots!! He did a fantastic job and the work area was spotless when he left. Tim is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with and would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!!!

I wanted to give Caswell Plumbing a shout out. They came out to my house when water was leaking out my kitchen ceiling. They found my old 1950's 3 handle shower faucet leaking. They installed a new Kohler single handle faucet and had a painter touch up my ceiling. I was blown away on there speed and there pricing. Thanks again Caswell Plumbing in Framingham

He may call and was very accommodating with my schedule. Came at night completed the work in one visit and also followed-up with me the next day. highly recommended.

Tim was great to work with. Needed my under-mount kitchen sink connected after granite specialists repaired broken brackets. Also had him replace a bathroom faucet and drain. Tim responded promptly and was able to show up ahead of schedule and complete the job efficiently. I highly recommend Tim.

Tim was so responsive and amazing to work with. We had a cast iron pipe crack and a different company advised removal of a significant amount of wall and ceiling to access. Tim is definitely an expert - he fixed it quickly and perfectly with very minimal effect on the ceiling and none to the wall. His response time was fast and communication has been great. Very reasonable cost, as well.

We had Tim and Julio over at our house to help out with a clogged sink that we’ve had for over a week, and we had two plumbers come beforehand and they couldn’t fix it. They were very detailed and fixed everything and more. I really appreciate their service.

Tim came out on short notice to get the Weil-McLain steam boiler going for my upstairs tenant's apartment in Concord. I appreciate that he always answers my calls or texts back quickly. Over the years he has helped me with multiple issues in multiple houses with new installs and old equipment repairs. Always friendly, courteous and prompt.
