I did not ultimately end up using them due to a scheduling conflict on a time sensitive issue, but I am writing this review anyway to comment about owners professionalism and flexibility. He allowed me to hold a spot in his schedule while I called other service providers to see if someone could do the work sooner. The next time these guys will be my first call. Ty Russell

We used Russell to update our plumbing from copper underground in our ranch house to running PEX up in the attic. Even before the work started, he was very professional and knowledgable on laying out what he would be doing. The whole process was quick and efficient. All the new lines look amazing and I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I had two new faucets installed. I also had a new kitchen sink installed. This required some carpentry. I had two toilets repaired for flushing problems. I also had shower faucets, incorrectly installed by someone else, fixed.

Russell Hines was very easy to work with. He worked hard and steadily. He was very neat as he worked, and his clean up after his work was excellent. He brought his own clean up supplies with him - not common in my experience. He was willing to recycle the old sink, etc. His work looks wonderful! I will certainly use him again. I recommend him highly.

I called Russell to come out at take a look at our heater/boiler to see what could be wrong. He was able to come out early on New Years Eve day, which was amazing. He took a look at the boiler and went right to work, trying to discern what was wrong. He worked for about 2 hours on the boiler and was able to re-set the mechanisms so that it worked without stopping for the first time in about a week. We are truly grateful for the service provided by Hynes Plumbing, Heating & Gas fitting!!! Job well done!

I called yesterday regarding a broken pipe, we sent photos and they came back with an estimate within a few hours & we had an appointment the next morning.

My biggest regret was not reaching out to Hynes first when it came to plumbing issues. I was having issues with a tankless water heater another plumber installed. The other company came out FOUR times, charging me for each visit, just to not ever fix the issue.

Hynes was able to help walk me through what the issues were and how to fix it. He was informative, didn't speak down to me when explaining things, and was very giving of his time.

Everythign you want in a plumber, truthful, cares about service, wants to help make you smarter, a person you can trust.

We had Russell come out and fix an old cast iron waste pipe after it had fully corroded. It was definitely an emergency and he was extremely responsive and was able to have the work done quickly. After that, we decided to hire him to replace our entire old cast iron waste line, and he completed the whole job in a day and left the place spotless. He is clearly very knowledgeable and has provided so many excellent recommendations for future improvements and is always willing to spend the time answering questions with thoughtful honesty. We're looking forward to working with him on future projects.
