Reviews of local pros in Franklin, Massachusetts

Had a great experience working with Steve. He helped me find an economical solution to my crumbling blue stone steps. His guys were on time and explained everything that they were doing. The finished product looks great. I would recommend SLC to anyone!

Steve and his crew did an excellent job pouring and finishing my concrete pad. They came highly recommended from a mutual associate and did not disappoint. I would recommend Steve to my own customers and acquaintances.

You might generally want to see a finished product, but this photo shows the care that SLC Construction took on our property while installing a stamped concrete patio with drainage. Their work was excellent and the team was very helpful in keeping us informed. Don’t hesitate to contact them for your projects!

Wonderful company to work with! We needed to replace an old porch and not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were also timely, knowledgeable, courteous and a great price!. Would highly recommend

Conley construction has done amazing work to my house. I remember I was sitting around wondering what projected I wanted to take on next for my home. Crazy enough I bumped into Christain he we got to chatting and he so happen to be a contractor. Exchanged numbers and he got back to me with a estimate in no time! We decided to go with an addition and it came out beautifully. Fair pricing. Fast work. Great people. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Christian, owner of Conley Construction, popped by our house when he saw a tree that had fallen on our roof during a December windstorm. He seemed genuinely more concerned with whether we needed any assistance in the situation than about gaining our business. That said, after grabbing a few estimates for work to be done, he won our business with both his fair quote and his overall character. We knew immediately that Christian was a trustworthy and hard working man running an honest business. Since engaging, Christian has been helping us with all of the many home repairs as a result of the windstorm damage. He has gone above and beyond to ensure our home is being restored with the utmost quality! He has also helped us with some great enhancements that have made sense to pair with the updates. Whether getting blueprints to add on a front porch or being consultative in assisting us with picking out and buying a new front door, Christian has been so helpful and easy to deal with. He has partners he works closely with for anything you might need outside of his wheelhouse (e.g. having blueprints drafted) making the process totally seamless. Christian’s team seems to include workers with decades of experience, which is so encouraging. They are absolutely fastidious in their work, ensuring every angle, nail, or cut is done to perfection. I cannot say enough positive things about our work with Christian and Conley Construction! We have lots of projects lined up in mind and cannot wait to work with Conley Construction for all future plans!! Thanks Christian and team for going above and beyond in all you do and helping us restore our home to even better than its previous state!

If you want the highest of quality work done with honest and hard working individuals by your side to make a project done nice and easy, Conley Construction LLC is the way to go. Christian Conley is one of the most talented and hard-working individuals in his craft, always striving hard to go above and beyond satisfying the customers needs. As a blue-collared worker myself, I can easily say it is hard to find a dedicated, eager and strong minded tradesmen that can be skilled and professional enough to take care of anything you need in a workman-like manner. If you choose to do business with the gentlemen from Conley construction LLC, you will not regret it. Let the work speak for itself. Great team. Best service.

Need help remodeling your bathroom? Conley Construction is the way to go! From tearing out the old ugly bathroom to the construction of the shiny new one, Christian was on top of it all. Getting together plumbers, carpenters, tile guy, plasterer and painter all at the right time can be too much to handle on your own. Christian had all the right professional crew there at the right time to keep things moving forward. We went from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower with a new vanity and new toilet. He even hung the new mirror at the end.
On site to start the day or just a phone call away, Christian always gave me confidence the job was going in the right direction. Very pleased with his easy to get along with attitude and listening to my concerns.
The final product is beautiful!

Conley Construction LLC helped me to finish up my addition and really bailed me out. I hired them on to finish up a home addition that stalled out at the roof framing. They were methodical and worked out missing details in the framing plan and connection to an old house with a layover roof to get the house weathered in. This also included subcontracting the asphalt roof shingle installation. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your framing and roofing needs.

As a repeat customer, we are beyond pleased with Progress Construction services/work/performance!

Tim is an honest and accountable contractor. If you are fed up with contractors who try to cut corners and try to get away with the minimum, give Progress Contracting a call.

I sent an estimate request through their website - no reply after a couple of days, so I called and left a voice mail. I received an e-mail response, "because it was easier." Not willing to speak person to person about a project is not a good sign. Scheduled an appointment anyway - no show, no call. After contacting them about not showing, received a callback the next day explaining the reason and they asked to reschedule. No show, no call again the second time.
*Edit - I'm glad to hear that Tim has recovered, but as a courtesy I still should have received notice on the day of the second appointment that he was still not well enough to make it.

Progress Contracting Corp. does an outstanding and meticulous job. Working with Tim and Nicole is a pleasure and their professionalism and customer service is exceptional. The quality of the craftmanship and their dedication to detail and to their customers is outstanding. I would highly recommend their work.

I have known Tim for a few years now. He has referred me to help out his clients with their landacape needs after his projects are completed. All the homes that my team and I have visited are amazing. A number a people have taken us in their home to show us how pleased they are with Tim's work.

Tim did a major structural repair on our house. Did a great job. Great to work with! Would recommend!

Progress Contracting's quality of craftsmanship is really amazing. I have seen many contractors work and Tims work has been the best I've seen. Tim is very easy to work with, honest, and a pleasure to be around. His company can create the most beautiful homes, kitchens and additions I have seen. I recently went to their website and there was a plethora of photos of projects they have done and one kitchen in particular I would die for! I always recommend Progress Contracting to my friends if they want an honest contractor who will get the job done and done correctly. Very reliable and always professional! Call them right away if your thinking about doing something to your house, they can help you make it look amazing!

Tim and Nicole were great to work with! They were both so nice and very responsive. We got a quote back almost immediately while other contractors took weeks to respond. We could tell that they really cared about our project and meeting our needs. It was important for us to have a contractor we could trust to be in our home without us there and we certainly felt that way about Tim. We love our new and improved home- thank you for everything!

I have known Tim for about 10 years. I’ve been to his job sites and have seen first hand the quality of his work. As a real estate agent I recommend Progress Contracting to all my clients. I also regularly consult with Tim Fiorillo when I need estimates and guidance to provide my clients looking to purchase homes that may need work. Over the past year I have had clients that wanted a property that provided them with a specific floor plan, with 3,500+ sq. ft. In a location with close proximity to Boston. We needed to look at homes that would require extensive renovations in order for clients to find the right fit for them. I trust Tim’s judgement because he is knowledgeable and a true artist when it comes to his finish carpentry. My clients are looking for their forever home and I know that Tin will deliver results that will exceed my clients expectations. His process it to meet with the client with the architect in order to get a feel for how they live. He works with the architect from the beginning to make sure the project will be built with the budget. He really takes the time in the beginning which is very important. If an issue arises, which is bound to happen in any construction project, Tim will do everything to come up with a solution. He takes a lot of pride in his work and thus us why Progress Contracting will always be my number #1 choice.

We were beyond happy working with Tim and his team!! They did a fantastic job on bringing our vision to life of creating a livable space in our basement. Tim was very responsive and always took the time to address any questions we had through the project. His team took care in their work and they all had an eye for the little details. Tim and his crew were very timely and friendly each and every day they were working at our house. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, honest, and hardworking team! They truly are the best!

We used Progress Contracting twice, and it was a great experience both times. Tim was the only contractor to give us an itemized estimate and really stuck to it. Any changes or additional costs were told ahead of time and agreed on. There was great communication, and he really listened to what we were looking to do, and made it happen. We love our home now thanks to Tim and Nicole and the team!

We had Progress Contracting put a living room addition onto our house and we could not be happier. From planning and needing a variance, Tim and Nicole helped us with everything. Tim is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed of all steps that are to be done. His workers are super polite, friendly and by the end felt like old friends. His subcontractors were all friendly and tidy. We can’t say enough about this company. Any and all questions were answered and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
