Our 4 year old dryer recently started making a loud humming/vibration type noise. I called Appliance Expert today (Wednesday) at around 3:30pm because they were local and I was hoping for an appointment on Friday while I was working from home. They said there was a tech in the area now.. and he could swing by and take a look at it. The tech showed up at my door within 20 minutes.. turned on the dryer.. and immediately said he knew what the problem was. It was a simple fix and he was done in under 30 minutes and my dryer is working great again. Price was reasonable as well. 5-stars based on my experience.

I had an issue with my dishwasher liking. I called and then texted for an appointment. He diagnosed my issue via text, gave me a suggestion and then told me he would cancel my appointment if it worked. It did! I will be using this company for all future appliance issues.

Reached out to Chris and left a message. He called me back and emailed me right away. Emailed him my model/serial of my oven and described the issue. He took it upon himself to order what he thought were the parts that were needed. His tech, Justin, showed up a couple days early and fixed my oven in no time. Both men were very friendly. We had such a great experience with Chris! I reached out through the website about our dishwasher, expecting to need a service visit (and dreading the cost). Instead, Chris texted me right away, asked for photos and information about our dishwasher, and then walked us through some troubleshooting steps. In the end, he suggested a replacement part, which my husband was able to install himself - and it worked perfectly!

What really stood out is that Chris didn’t insist on coming out just to charge us a fee. His priority was making sure our problem got fixed in the most straightforward and affordable way. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days. We’re so grateful and will absolutely call Chris again if we ever need appliance repair in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with getting my LG dryer serviced with new belt and rollers as well as cleaned. When I called, they said they could send someone immediately. 30 minutes later and they fixed the dryer. I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround was. Thank you so much!!

Awesome experience. Chris was super helpful over the phone, was able to give a quote and clearly explain next steps. He had the part ordered within a day and showed up early (coordinated with great communication). Fridge was fixed in 30 min for a reasonable price. Putting these guys into my phonebook.
