I had water damage to my condo…floors, electrical, walls, trim, all needed to be replaced. I had utilized Servpro for demolition and decided to stay with them for the rebuild. This was a “best decision”. The rebuild team was lead by Dylan. He has a skilled team with all the professionals i needed. Working with Dylan and the team helped to make a stressful situation less overwhelming. Dylan has excellent management skills, construction knowledge and amazing communication skills. Having a point person to go to and who is always responsive helped me through this process. This is a great team to work with, very satisfied with the entire process and the finished product.

I had a wonderful experience with Servpro Milton Braintree. From the mitigation crew lead by Brezney to the repair/restoration crews lead by Dave. All the crews were meticulous, professional & respectful of me as well as my home.
This was my first insurance claim ever! Brezney & Dave were not only professional & friendly but incredibly supportive navigating me through the arduous insurance process. It was comforting to know they "had my back."

Chris Sheehan’s ServPro Milton/Braintree came to our rescue this past weekend. We has a leak in our cellar and within 24 hours a team was at our house during a frigid and snowy day.. The team of Mario, Nelson, Edwardo and Olfani were professional, polite and friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning our cellar. I highly recommend this company!

I have been working with Serv pro (Milton/braintree) over the last year after a major flood in my rental property. It has been nothing but a great experience. Marco, Dylan, Carol, Lynda , etc have guided me through the entire remediation and repair process and have been nothing but kind and professional. I feel very confident in their work. The SERVPRO team of Milton/Braintree was outstanding! The team completed a water damage cleanup with expertise. The workers were honest, reliable and professional. I always felt safe with this crew in my home. I was particularly impressed at how they handled my office space area. The workers replaced every object and book back to its original location perfectly. All water and debris were removed from the site; the space was dried and cleaned. They did a wonderful and outstanding job overall.

Mario, David, Jesus, and Renee from ServePro helped with mitigation and reconstruction of my living room from a roof leak. They were fast, efficient and even helped me fight for my insurance money I was owed. The room looks great like the damage never even happened.

I rarely write reviews, but SERVPRO Milton/Braintree is fantastic and seriously deserves one. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Calling them was one of the best decisions I ever made.

We had water damage from our hot water heater that let go and flooded our house (Campanelli ranch, no basement). Brezney handled the mitigation. At first, I was a little overwhelmed, because I had never gone through anything like this before, but Brezney was great. He worked with the insurance company and always quickly addressed any questions or concerns that I had. He and his team were very professional and thorough.

David managed the reconstruction portion of our project. He worked with me from beginning to end, ensuring everything was done perfectly. He did not miss a single detail. In between parts of the reconstruction, we had to coordinate a separate contractor for an unrelated job. David made sure that his team's schedule aligned with ours so everything could stay on track. I'm so impressed with the craftsmanship and overall quality of work.

Eduardo and his team handled moving our furniture and other things to and from a storage container. They were quick and professional.

Lynda and Jane were helpful also. Both were very responsive whenever I had a question. Lynda was quick to adjust the contract and scope of work after our insurance company [finally] agreed to pay for some things it had been holding out on. Jane worked with Brezney and the insurance company to resolve a payment issue.

From start to finish, everyone at SERVPRO Milton/Braintree made this entire process run as smoothly as possible.

I cannot recommend this group enough. From getting the Demo and cleanup done with Brezney and his team, to the handoff to restoration with Dave and his team. We were so happy with how thoughtful and thorough they were with the work, I immediately hired them for another job. One that is now completed as well and we am beyond happy with.
Dave in particular was knowledgeable, responsive, and practical. Basically everything you would want in a contractor. When the time comes for more changes or work to be done, I won't need to figure out who to call.

Servpro Milton/Braintree did a major job of remediation of mold and reconstruction in my basement, kitchen, and upstairs bathroom. Because of a sump pump failure, the rear basement had about ten inches of water in it. Because I hardly ever enter the rear basement, when I discovered the flooding I didn't know whether the water had been there for a few days or a few weeks or a few months. Based on how bad the mold problem turned out to be, it probably had been there for a long time. The cause of the mold in the kitchen and bathroom was unrelated to the mold in the basement.

The Servpro team did a very comprehensive survey before providing me with a proposal. The proposal consisted of two parts: remediation and reconstruction.

I am extremely pleased with the finished job. In one section of the basement I had floor-to-ceiling built-in bookcases (about 2,500 books). Unfortunately the mold had penetrated all of them, so they all had to be removed. The replacement shelving looks fabulous. Servpro replaced wall-to-wall carpeting with vinyl flooring, which also looks great and is easy to take care of.

In the kitchen some of the hardwood, oak floor had to be replaced. The replacement sections match the rest of the floor perfectly. Servpro sanded and polyurethane the entire floor, which now looks like new, with several areas that had worn spots now appearing like new.

The bathroom had to be completely replaced--new shower, vanity, and toilet. Like everything on the lower floors, it came to be beautiful.

I could not be more pleased with Servpro performance.

Ask for Dave, who leads the reconstruction team and for Brezney, who heads up the remediation team. I always prefer dealing with specialists when having any type of major job done. (E.g., in choosing an attorney to create my estate plan, I used a lawyer who practiced nothing but trust and estate law). Servpro's practice of having one crew clean out the mess (which included an on-site dumpster to get rid of all the debris) and another to renovate made a lot of sense. The professionalism shown by Dave and Brezney and the workers under their supervision, (Nelson, Marcio, and Brian) was outstanding.

I got three bids. The companies were extremely close in price on the remediation, but there was a significant spread of prices on the renovation. I don't think any company could have performed better, but Servpro was the low bidder!

Without a doubt, I would recommend ServPro of Milton/Braintree for water damage restoration and reconstruction.

We had severe water damage in the basement, and without having to wait, Servpro arrived immediately to assess the damage and begin cleanup immediately. What impressed me most was that they kept us apprised of what they were doing each step of the way. The team that did the water cleanup, without a doubt, was the best! What could be saved was boxed up, labeled, and put in the garage in preparation for reconstruction. Reconstruction was huge!.

Under the leadership of Dylan Diamini, reconstruction began. Walls were taken down, floor tiles were replaced, the bathroom was renovated, cabinets put in, carpet was laid, plumbing and electrical work was redone, and walls painted. As each basement area was completed, Dylan was always there to ensure we were happy with the results.

Because the work done in the basement was superior, we decided to have other parts of the home updated ---- again under Dylan’s guidance. We had the wood floors and stairs refinished and the walls re-painted – both bringing new life to the home. Dylan has been diligent in his efforts to make our vision come alive as we continue to update our home.

I have attached a couple of before and after pictures. I wish I had more to show. The last two pics show the wood floor that was done, and the last pic is the tile that was in the bathroom which also extended into the kitchen area.

Good customer service, honesty, and overall great communication are all important factors to look for when choosing a company to work with. I honestly believe that you can't go wrong when deciding to work with ServPro!

We had the pleasure of working with Dylan Damiani and his team through Servpro. After another company installed a waterproofing system that required tearing apart our basement, we needed a separate team for the rebuild. Dylan was one of three companies we consulted, and he immediately stood out knowing exactly what type of waterproofing system we had and all the precautions needed for a proper rebuild.
Because we were paying out of pocket, Dylan also took the time to show us where we could reduce costs without sacrificing quality, which we really appreciated.
Throughout the project, Dylan provided a clear timeline and gave us daily updates. He coordinated with our electrician, handled the necessary permits, and even accommodated additional requests like building a closet for our new sump pump (all within a tight schedule).
This is our rental property and we live out of state, but Dylan’s communication kept both us and our tenants fully informed. His team worked efficiently, respectfully, and delivered exactly what we hoped for.
