We are grateful to have worked with Dylan and Lynda of Serve Pro Milton/Braintree. They have made the renovation of our basement an absolute breeze.
In March 2025, our septic backed up into our basement through the shower. We lost the vanity, walls and laminate vinyl flooring. When Dylan was assigned to our case he explained our options and walked us through all the choices in replacing the damage.
Unfortunately, we have been through a lot of renovations of our home in the last five years and Dylan was so on top of everything that it was absolutely seamless. He was in constant communication with us and the team of workers. I always felt he was invested in every aspect of this project as much as we were. Dylan is an absolute professional.
The whole team of people who worked on our project from Serve Pro of Milton/Braintree were amazing and we highly recommend their services.

Outstanding Service from SERVPRO Milton/Braintree and Brezney’s Team

On July 27th of last summer, my basement flooded with a significant amount of water under the foundation and throughout the basement. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and hiring SERVPRO of Rhode Island turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made.

Brezney and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. They made sure everything was properly cleaned and dried and took every step necessary to ensure there would be no mold or future issues from humidity or water damage. They removed everything that needed to be taken out and explained the process clearly along the way.

Their communication was outstanding—every time I called or texted, they were responsive, patient, and helpful. They also went above and beyond when dealing with my insurance company, which was extremely difficult and slow with payments. Brezney and his team were incredibly patient and professional throughout that entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time.

The team truly went above and beyond in every way. I am extremely grateful for their help, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations.

I would give them 5 stars without hesitation, I would absolutely hire them again, and I highly recommend SERVPRO of Rhode Island and Brezney’s team to anyone who needs restoration work done.

Dave and his group did a wonderful job reconstructing my room in the basement. My small bathroom had black mold he kept on top of everything they did and kept in touch with me the whole way. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use servpro again especially if Dave was involved.

Emilio was great! Professional and very pleasant- showed care in my home, gave great advise regarding drying the rugs and transitioning to tile ( can be slippery!). Plus our rug looks and smell great!

Kayla and Austin were AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, professional, considerate, and clean. Hopefully every time I use Stanley Steemer in the future it’s them.

Great job. Nine years of vacuuming…it was time. The crew got lots of grime out of the carpet and couch. Glad I did it. Place looks clean!

Densel went above & beyond. He really took his time and cared about doing the best job possible. I did not have high expectations only because it is a white couch and looked worse for the wear, but it looks almost like new. I definitely would use Stanley Steemer again!

The techs were excellent. They recommended more than I thought I needed but after they showed me the cost, I was glad to get my house rug done. Everything looks good. I am very satisfied.

Worst service ever! Steam the carpet for 5 mins and packed up to leave without asking if we were satisfied. Then when I asked for him to go in again on the dirty spots he refused and said there is nothing he can do and the machine won’t clean it up. Then asked for payment when we clearly told him we weren’t satisfied. Than said he was going to call the cops and send our names to collections. The Job was poorly done. We had to call the company and even then he was still arguing. His manager Carlos. Ask him several times he still refuse and said he won’t do it again unless we pay. And he also threatened to charge us again to go over the carpet steam a second time. All this just to get a carpet steam clean. When he finally decided to get his equipment from the van, slamming them on the floor, stomped his feet like a toddler and than started to mock me saying “see one time, two times, three time, four times etc. just because I asked to go the dirty spots several times. Even called me a liar because I told his manager he went over the living room carpet once. All he had to do was focus more on the dirty spots but that was too difficult for him. Paid $139 for a terrible Job and a disrespect man.

Carlos from Stanley Steamer did an amazing job. With 3 littles ones my light grey couch had turned to a light brown couch with all their grime. He worked so hard and lifted stains that I thought were likely set for good. Highly recommend!

Tyrie did an outstanding job today on my furniture. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I will use this service again and recommend them highly!

Juan and Austin were prompt courteous and professional. I'm very pleased with the service I received. It was my first time using Stanley Steemer and would highly recommend their service.

After a basement renovation our floors and furniture needed some love. Jesus was great! Very polite, professional and informative. He made quick work of steaming 3 rooms and some furniture. We would absolutely work with him again.

Both Carlos and Balteano were amazing, and very professional, I’ve never realized how hard and detailed their work is, they were courteous and answered the few questions I had.
Stanley Steamer are lucky to have staff with such character.

Unbelievable job they both (Kyle and Kayla) did!! Very polite, on time, cleaned up after and was very thorough. Wish the cost was a little less, I only have a 550sq ft condo (three vents and one return). They did check my HVAC system too. Cleaned bathroom exhaust that was separate at 75.00. Will certainly share their services with the rest of the condo association.

Amazing service. They both were so kind and explained the entire process and did a great job. Highly recommend for any job big or small.

Had a rocky start at the first appointment, but they immediately responded. Morris was thorough, explained whet he was doing and had me check on his work as he did each section. He even tested the sofa and informed me he could not do that part of the order as it would damage the material.

Super easy to schedule an appointment, with a lot of availability. Carlos was awesome, thorough and did a great job in a timely fashion! Will definitely be using their services again and would recommend to friends and family.

I had my first cleaning with Stanley Steemer, my technician Jordan was great. Jordan was polite and extremely respectful of my property; he took his time and did very detailed work. It was a great experience.
