Morris did a great job cleaning my carpets! His customer service skills were appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and the carpets look amazing. I highly recommend Morris and will be requesting him for my next cleaning.

Had Stanley Steamer clean an area rug in my home on 01/06/2026. Tyrie arrived on time, and did an amazing job of cleaning my living rug. It was disgustingly dirty and looked almost new when he finished. One issue that I need to discuss with Stanley Steamer is that once the rug dried, I noticed a stain that was not apparent just after it was cleaned.

With that exception, I am extremely pleased with Stanley Steamer and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The two technicians were awesome. Professional and friendly. They were running late, I received a call to tell me they would be late. I appreciate that kindness. They did a great job.

Tyrie was able to arrive early which was awesome!! When he arrived, he was professional, very pleasant and explained the process to me to make sure I was getting the right treatment for the carpet in my new house!!!! Would highly recommend Tyrie at Stanley Steamer!!

I had extensive duct cleaning performed at my 2-fam, and also had installation of Proformance disinfection system. Very happy with the Stanley Steemer service! Carlos and Balteano were great and very helpful in explaining their process before they commenced with the work. Such a noticeable difference with the before/after.

First time having Stanley Steemers come do cleaning at my home and it was great! The two gentlemen (Gabriel and Juan) showed up on time and were courteous and professional, cleaned rugs and furniture efficiently and thoroughly and left the tile in our half bath looking like new! Tyre Was fabulous! All the rugs were cleaned Thoroughly. I was very impressed with the job he did. He was friendly, respectful, and very hard-working. It was definitely a positive experience.

Emilio was great! I was the last stop of his very very long day. He was professional, courteous, explained things clearly and he did a good job. The tile floors came out good, vast improvement from prior to cleaning. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some corners weren’t perfect. That’s probably to be expected. Regardless, this service was great value and Emilio was awesome!

Technician was good and worked hard. As a first time user, I would have appreciated a heads up on additional services that would be offered so I could discuss and consider them ahead of time. They involved significant additional cost, with no notice, so I declined them.

We had a great experience with Stanley Steemer on 11/25. A couch, 2 loveseats, and 6 rugs were cleaned & deodorized that afternoon. There was staining on one of the loveseats that was completely gone after the cleaning. The fabrics all smelled great, too. Very happy with the service.

They cleaned the ducts and vents thoroughly, which I appreciate! Only two complaints: 1) they left piles of lint under my window instead of trashing it themselves and 2) I wish they'd been clearer about just how far their ladder needed to stand so I could have shoveled the correct amount of snow out before they arrived.

The experience with Quintin and Connie was amazing! They arrived at the beginning of my cleaning window, which was much appreciated, after dealing with an address issue on my part. They were professional and incredibly friendly! As a woman alone at home, I always appreciate when I feel 100% comfortable with people coming inside. They were wonderful and personable, and cleaned a large, 2 day old red wine stain out of my cream/light beige couch. I had tried cleaning this myself for two days straight (see before photos for what they walked into AFTER I tried everything including three upholstery cleaners). If I ever need any Stanley Steemer service in the future, I would love for Quintin and Connie to come back. Thank you!

We used Stanley Steemer earlier this year for couch cleaning and vent/duct cleaning.. We were completely impressed and satisfied. The prices are very reasonable for us. The employees are wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
Emilio was our tech today for off-site area rug cleaning. He was very knowledgeable.
. He is very personable, patient, upbeat and funny. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
